I'd say post the rules in the Art of Game Creation thread where we can give you feedback. There's a decent backlog for non-QF games, so it would be better to submit to the committee when you near the top of the list.

Also, a warning with faction games, the current player counts for game tend to be 8-10. So I'd suggest planning a game that works with a player count in that range.

You can send your rules to committee, and then if we don't hear from anyone before you by the weekend, you can post signups.

I could probably run my QF, but I have a problem.

The original version of this game was themed to Defending Elysium. Back when the original version was ran, I read the original story, and that was that. Nowadays though, it's tied to the Skyward series of books. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to reading any of them, so I don't know if my game would be canon. I suppose there's a couple of options. I could go on a binge read, provided I find the books, but that will take time. I could also re-theme the game, but it came about from Cytonics so that seems less than ideal. I think the best approach is to get a co-GM that's actually read the series. That way I can do compliance, while still getting the game up and running.

Alright, you'll have  priority over Aeoryi, I'd suggest asking around on Discord to see if anyone wants to Co-GM for you. Or, if it's just writeups and rules you want help with, I could probably do that stuff. I've read all but the last Skyward book, though it's been a while.

Okay, let's try and get the next LG running. @Experience is next on the list, followed by @The Unknown Order, and @Kasimir still has a whole bunch of slots after, though I suspect he's still busy. At the pace things are going, this will probably be the last LG before the anniversary game.

Dw, Steel reactivated, which means the entire list got hard-jossed. It's between Ash and Steel now (currently Ash is deferring to Steel, I believe) so you can just chill

@Kasimir I know we haven't been keeping to them much, but I'll change the game descriptions for my LG and QF slots

LG will be a spiritual rerun of MR## and a Skyeel Exterminator game with infestation mechanics.

The QF will be a simple Era 2 Scadrial game with a post limit and no roles

The MR slot isn't accurate really either, but idk what I'm going to do with that one.

I'll make the changes. I don't think it super matters - at this point, the descriptions are more for the GM's benefit (and for players I guess) than for the committee's.

Ash is getting his MR up next, but we should probably activate the LG list anyway. Exp has mentioned he'll be out of commission for at least a month, so we're on:

1. @|TJ| (probably not if he's already running his WoT)
2. @The Unknown Flame (hi  )
3. @Steeldancer (admittedly just GMed something)
4. @xinoehp512
5. @The Wandering Wizard

Could you all start to maybe look at your schedules and consider if you'd be in a position to run the next LG soon? If so, please start putting together your ruleset for pre-submission so we don't last minute this. This is definitely advanced warning, but we're trying to do this earlier, so.

If for some reason we cannot get people in this bracket of five, we're down to @Ashbringer (currently running the MR so...), @Elandera, and @Aeoryi.

My MR signups will hopefully go up this weekend, starting about 1.5 weeks after that depending on how fast player counts pile up. Feel free to ping me if I forget to do that.

Also I'm probably saving my LG slot for Shard Game, which feels more like a Summer thing, probably... we'll have to see how that goes. (And I might have two slots, I forget.)

Uh. Whole bunch of them: LG17, QF40a/b, MR51. LG17 is the closest mech-wise. I understand TJ is considering being insane and also running a LG right after the first, and he's top of the list but you should probably still submit rules either way to get the pre-approval done and be ready to run.

Actually you have three LG slots  Given the decimated state of the LG list, I wouldn't worry too much about running out right now.
