  1. There was no clear reason to be suspicious of the boat revealed in her examinations.
  2. The boat had a smooth white hull. It wasn't discreet whatsoever, but it looked sturdy. Not deepwalker-proof, certainly, but far better than a plastic kayak. There was a step to climb into the boat near the back.
  3. She found him sitting on the hill where they'd decided to build their house, overlooking the city.
  4. Tinker walked. He didn't go back to his parent's house. He didn't feel like explaining how that conversation had gone. Was that fair to her? Did I make a mistake?
  5. Tinker turned. "It's been six years, Marewill. Don't try anymore. Just do it." He left, gently closing the door behind him.
  6. He paused in the doorway. "You're one of the strongest people I know, Mare. I know you can. I just wish I knew how to help you see that."
  7. Tinker closed his eyes. "I've been trying to help you move past this for years. But...you're not going to listen...are you?" He stood up. "I'm sorry. I'll...I'll be somewhere." He turned and left.
  8. Tinker hesitated. "...Wouldn't you want them to forgive you, if you were in his shoes?"
  9. He smiled back, but then it fell slightly. "You doing okay?"
  10. Tinker turned as she came down the stairs.
  11. "Are you trying to say you want to be a sandwich?" - @InfiniteInsanity "Most people don't want to be eaten. Which is why I really need to know if he wants to be a sandwich. Cause that might be a dealbreaker sort of weird." - also @InfiniteInsanity ... ...My good friends. I do not want to be a sandwich. Please don't make me into a sandwich. Either before or after my death. I promise it wasn't my fault. I didn't ask for this. I don't control my dreams. Please don't eat me. Or anyone else for that manner.
  12. The cave was fairly spacious, with a high ceiling. Most of it was flooded. To Sharlin's left, across the pool of water that filled the cave, was a large exit out to the open ocean, where light came through and illuminated the rest of the cave. To her right was another rocky outcropping, where a sleek motorboat was docked.
  13. It has been one year and one day since Fadran left, and exactly five since he joined.

I wonder if he'd be happy to see all the RPs you guys are doing.

      I miss Fadran.

      Mags

I will forever miss Fadran . . . he's the main reason I stayed active and started Rp'ing regularly.

  14. Hey, happy birthday!

Hope to see you pop in again at some point.

  15. A fair distance away, the beach is interrupted by a tall rocky outcropping jutting from the island. Sharlin can make out an opening on the far part of the outcropping. It looks like they'll have to swim to get there.
