A tie between Quinn and TKN; I like that. Let’s call it a tie between communism and capitalism, eh Red Team? :P

GG everyone. This might just be my all-time favorite SE game. I had a blast.

@xinoehp512 @|TJ| @Labyrinth one point gang, high fives all around :D.

That went rather poorly for me, but I also played rather poorly, so it checks out :P. My foray back as a villager in game 2 was largely unsuccessful but it happened so that’s something xD Wish our team had actually done things in the final game buuuut I didn’t die so that’s also a win, I think. lowkey jealous of red team though :P.

GGs, all, that was quite entertaining! @Fifth Scholar, @JNV, thanks for running such a delightfully wacky package of a game.

Edit: Those full rules are actually eye opening. Huh.

LABYRINTH: I think you just straight-up get Most Unlucky. Your Alice role could have done so much, and you just hit the very few wrong people with it. Thanks for being the prime Guinea Pig in this Wonderland world.

Lol. I basically just sucked tho. Sorry white.

Sorry I was so gone. There was a death in the family. He wasn’t in my immediate family, but I loved him.

I'll take a tie, though judging from the rest of this game, time travel will take it away somehow.

This was fun to watch and run and the only time I even slightly regretted my decision was when I kept rerunning the same chess game because alternate timelines threw the whole thing out of whack congrats to the winners congrats to the non winners hope you all enjoyed the time shenanigans I certainly did and thanks Fifth for the opportunity it was a great time

My pawn is on g4. The three squares in front of me are empty. I have the power to make my movement order conditional on one factor now. Do X, but if Y, do Z is the format I can use.

Wow, seriously? That would have been INCREDIBLY useful if we’d been able to get it. Our only pawn advancement bonus was “Sheep’s   Store”, which I’m still fuzzy on the mechanics of.

Time shenanigans were fun, I was just so far removed from all of them all the time that it sort of just wasn’t a factor which is really too bad. I have a sense of FOMO reading the docs which is hilarious given the game is over :P Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think every single time cursed player was on red team?

Three apiece. Aman, Labyrinth and Sart were all cursed.

You had at least one; your Bishop, who we assumed was Aman because we thought Aman was Time-Cursed, but it turned out to be Sart.

Honestly Fifth, this is probably in my top two favorite games ever. Especially as the game went on. I'm really glad I stuck it through.

Sorry @Matrim's Dice for killing you c1 xD

@Wonko the Sane you are just insane. You ruled this game and just played so well. I really really enjoyed scheming and figuring out time travel with you and @DrakeMarshall especially in the chess doc.

Go red team and communism! :P

Just saying, the end of C8 was probably the craziest EoD I have had in any mafia game. Ever. We had everything planned out and then we freaked out last minute and just went crazy. I think I changed my action order like 4 times in that last minute lol.

And hey, 7 points is pretty good all things considered.

If I could change one thing in the game, I think I would add some more ways to earn points individually, as it feels like a lot of the points were faction dependent, but really idec. It was just so fun.

Again, thank you @Fifth Scholar and @JNV.

P.S. sorry @_Stick_ for tunneling you so bad during the second mini game :P

Ok what is the rule doc? xD

Anyway I found the real rule doc linked in the spreadsheet so time to figure this crazy game out.

Bandersnatch doc:

Hmm… Don’t love that. Wonko is trying to figure out if my role is Slithy Tove or just Tove.

Of course, my role is actually Bandersnatch Tove, which is awkward. To Slithy or not to Slithy, that is the question.

Hah! I knew it would catch people. :P @_Stick_, see, it wasn’t obvious how to lie through it.

Also if anyone wants to come up with a ruleset with crazy time travel shenanigans™ with me, I am so down. This is probably one of my favorite game mechanics ever.

Rules doc:

If queens of opposite colours share a space or are adjacent at the end of a round of moves, they will castle, each moving two squares in a random direction.

Oh, what the… Fifth, I swear, if this had happened, I would have torn my hair out. XD

Team Red was fun, I did pretty much nothing and got absolutely carried by the rest of the team \o/ I haven’t seen that level of coordination and drive in a doc in a while

Thanks for running the game fifth and JNV - I am/was in a severe mafia burnout as a culmination of the last four months playing champs but this was a refreshing and chill game that I managed to low-effort my way through :D

Quin winning is hilarious.

Alright, @Fifth Scholar @JNV, I can’t find it anywhere in the rules doc: why on Earth wasn’t Drake also Haigha?

There can only be one.

As much as the mental image of Haigha!Drake was hilarious af, it was not to be :(

Alas :(

I think I did a fair job with the hand I was dealt and I will be content in that :)

I'm mostly just impressed Wonko was able to find anything but memes in the rules doc.

Anyways bravo Fifth/JNV for finding just about the right mix of absurdity and logic for this game.

I always enjoy a good SE game, and I am always ready for it to be over by the time it is over, and as such I will now peace out.

Imagine only getting one point smh. Should have gotten a flamingo

I don't know where I got the flamingo

Stuff just happens sometimes

And judging by Archer’s last-minute switch, they have NOT put as much thought into this as we have, so I doubt they’re coordinating their actions enough to cluster like that

I am offend!

even if it's true -_- It was a struggle to get vote pairs in place, and y'all were quick to the draw to start cycles. Well played!

Anyway, thanks for driving the clowncar, Fifth, JNV, and Mentor Araris. My only rule change suggestion would be to reverse the order of the mini games, making the more individual win ones later in the game.

I'd also like to know how many points Wonko would have won for a victory in the second mini game. Spent a lot of time pondering that

There’s a real rules doc hidden on the bottom of the score page of the GM spreadsheet.

I’m pretty sure you’d have been able to use that contingency action when moving other pieces, too. Though it seems like your team didn’t realize that you could do that until near the end of the game? I’d wondered why your pawns were moving so much.

Nope. It’s a Pawn ability, not a role, and was therefore locked to the Pawn. In a similar way, Haigha doesn’t let you traffic your rook through your Queen even if you’d submitted the action for XP.
