Honestly I was more referring to the MU Baker roles (which iirc, give people bread that can be eaten to use certain actions).

Unlikely, but possible.

... Actually if there is an SK, wouldn't be surprised if it was "MU Operative" or something

Oh lmao

An ‘Off-siter’ role maybe

I severely doubt there's an SK tbh

And what happens when you Referee? :P

no seriously what happens because you said Remove earlier and obviously Remove is not what we thought it was

Also, I do think there might be an SEverse equivalent to your Referee.

a role called 'chaos' who can remove 17s accounts after two warnings :eyes:

Tbh I do think my Red Card targets might be in the same boat as Striker. It does fit in more with the explanation/execution (not an elim kill, which guarantees confirmed villagers can still talk, while my victims justifiably penalized troublemakers could be either alignment).

Not necessarily confirmed villagers  In a flipless landscape why not just kill one of your own. But it’s only really useful if they get to stay in the thread, which I’d probably bet against.

Yeah, I do think that possibility would open up a unique WGG opportunity, tho that also doesn’t seem too worth it since you lose your role, only get one vote, and don’t count for the elim win con.

So probably unlikely elim kills work the same

Forgive me if this has been disproven by a statement from Kas earlier in the thread, but do we know with any certainty that what’s happened to Striker would happen to any other player removed?

If the first part of his role is (claimed to be) lynch bait, surviving the lynch in some form feels thematically consistent.

No, it hasn't been confirmed by Kas. Striker strongly believes so [at least for the players who have been voted out, not killed], and yeah it's a speculation at this point.

Well he says his role is now just ‘Removed Player’ and the write up explicitly said that Striker has been Removed. So it probably applies to everyone voted out or maybe just everyone dead period. The former is more likely because otherwise Steel’s claimed role makes no sense. @Steeldancer does your role apply to removed players as well or is it exclusive to ‘dead’ players?

Edit:

We know this isn’t just a regular survival because his name’s been oranged out too (in addition to the write up declaring him removed). So I’m inclined to believe at least some if not most of what he claims he can do now -singular use vote, all roles void, not counting towards parity.

I have been asked this: a regular survival will be written up as a regular survival.

I'm sure anyone who has played the recent AG will be very familiar with what survivals sound like!

Only if they’re the same alignment as me, though. So that means that one of Aman, Araris, or Wiz will get a mysterious extra vote on D2.

Nitpicking but: 'Will', not 'might'? Aman should probably not gain any votes as he claims neutral. You've claimed village. But Araris and Wiz could both be elim.

Out of curiosity, what was your guess for how Rollovet would be used?

He can still be targeted by various actions but kills and removals will no longer work on him.

Speculating on this, my mind immediately went to Steel's role  Second thought was vote manip (for when he decides to use his single use vote). Redirects, role-blocks, attacks, protects, etc won't work obviously. Perhaps Wiz can still target him with the PM creation.

Then there's this, as TJ singled out:

He also doesn't count to parity in his current state of existence

So we might have to deal with a revival mechanic.

I'll continue to soft-claim Troll, but actually revealing my role and alignment will probably wait until later.

...Huh. Why should your alignment be a secret? :P This sounds like an accidental neutral claim. Or maybe an elim slip?

@StrikerEZ  if the people who voted for you are a variety of alignments, will the vote for sure be added? Or if someone of the opposite alignment is rolled first, might it not be added.

Interestingly, SE rarely has roles that simply add one vote. Normally they remove a vote or visibly move a vote. But Striker has claimed that the Zombie role can add a vote once per game, which would allow them to fake the results of Lynchbait.

Can you receive PMs?

By the way, I'm questioning the strategy of PMing the neutral and Trolling people who agent submitting the NK. I'm assuming it's similar to a roleblock. I feel like there's better ways to use our resources.

I assumed the zombie vote will be publicly cast. Did Striker say he'd be using his GM PM to vote?

idk why everyone’s so surprised that striker can still talk, like, ofc he can. this isn’t a game, it’s an investigation. kas isn’t gonna send a hitman to strikers house or anything

If you'd been online at EoD last cycle, who would you have voted? Do you think Striker is telling the truth about his role(s) being void now?

watcher was assuming (plus striker implied me thinks) that zombie mechanism is separate from lynchbait mechanism. that add one vote next cycle thingamajig wouldve happened even if striker wasnt removed.

Baker is a player that played maybe two SE games and to ‘pull a Baker’ is a phrase sometimes used so I could maybe see that fitting in.

I know who Baker is yeah

Just seems like really random since it was a while ago

Not sure why I’m arguing my case for not having a role I don’t but here we are xD

Probably village: Mat, Fadran, Fae, Randby, Wiz
Could be village: Sart, TKN, Archer, Walin, Araris, Shining, Steel, Ash
Idk: Devo, Orlok, Bip, Bookwyrm
Could be elim : JNV, TJ, xino, Tani, Dannex

Neutral-claimed: Aman
Removed: Striker (leaning village)

Changes include: Bumping Ash up to village, dropping TJ down to elim.

this isnt a suspicion as im reading you goodie currently, but how are you reading so many players as village? i think i read like only 5 players from your probably plus could be village pile.
