  1. Technically he confirmed that mistspren don't bond with humans to make them Radiant. They could still be true spren.
  2. Providing spiritual sustenance. We've certainly seen that from Shallan and Tien, Vathah might fulfil that role in the deserters.
  3. I haven't seen anyone else say this so I'll just put it here, the level of brokenness we've seen from characters like Kaladin and Shallan aren't the standard. A person being broken is something that's believed to be required in-world but not necessarily required for a bond. Cracks in the spiritweb are needed but a broken person may not be needed in every case.
  4. This should have [OB] at the start of the title as it deals with things in Oathbringer. I think it's a coincidence. Aonic names have the Aon (Such as Kiin for Aon Kii) in it so she would have changed her name upon reaching Roshar if she was indeed from Sel.
  5. The Stormfather says Odium can see the future but his vision is murky (or something like that) so it's probably not too likely he could see so far with such clarity.
  6. The Blade he took from Taln wasn't an Honorblade but a regular Shardblade. At some point by persons unknown the Blades got switched.
  7. Despite being created by Ruin and Preservation Scadrians are still human, just a different kind of human compared to those found on other worlds. Where did you read them naturally having pieces of metal in them?
  8. Agent34

    Duralumin

Regarding your first point, there's this from a couple of years ago: Since Compounding is using Preservation's power like allomancy duraluminium boosting could work.
  9. Welcome! We're all mad nerds here. Stay away from the offered food and change a word or two in the "welcome phrase". You'll survive for a bit longer.
  10. Dalinar can use Adhesion in the same way as Kaladin. He uses it to stick a chair to a wall and to stick Kadash (I think) to the floor.
  11. Since we don't know everything about every magic system a full comparison can't quite be made but based on what we know now I'd personally say either Surgebinding or AonDor.
  12. If crem is somehow of Autonomy it'd show signs of mixing or co-opting.
  13. This would suggest the silver is in fact silver rather than aluminium. I don't think you're the first to come to the conclusion you did, sorry to burst the bubble.
  14. It's how many Reshi clashes work.
  15. Both Devotion and Dominion are Splintered and all of Sel's magics draw on their power as the Dor. There are theories about some magic variations being closer to one Shard or another (like AonDor being closer to Devotion).
  16. I got Windrunner. Not a surprise given it's an online quiz, if it were judging my actual actions I doubt I'd attract a spren.
  17. Since this involves information/content that was in Oathbringer the thread title'll need to be marked with [OB].
  18. Thought: your view and feelings on the books are perfectly valid. I can't choose between them.
  19. Hanging around Aviars that have protection might increase chances of survival.
  20. Agent34 began as a shortening of Son of Nemesis34 which is my wikia username. It was a tad long to be used in conversations so Agent34 became what I suggested and has since been what I use.
  21. Forgery or Awakening for me. Not sure why though, they're just so intriguing. (it might be that they don't tend to go into hard physics)
  22. I don't have my book with me but when Shallan and Veil puff into stormlight and Radiant is left she's described as wearing garnet Shardplate. (from my memory)
