You Know You're a Sanderfan When...

When you wonder if a coinshot could push on Captain America's Shield. (Vibranium could be Allomantically inert.)

That was my thought with the Dalek, too. At least we know vibranium is classified as a metal. There's no telling what kind of freaky matter the shell of a Dalek is made of.

Assuming they're both metal, though, I think a Coinshot could Push on either of them. Though I still don't see one coming out okay in a fight with either Cap or a Dalek.

I disagree. Cap's shield is obviously very heavily Invested with FREEDOM!

And yet humans ARE invested enough that metal in them can't be pushed. And IIRC even artificial intelligence can develop spiritwebs in the cosmere, hypothetically.

Ah, but Daleks (as of the Ninth Doctor's tenure at least) are fleshy bits encased in metallic pepperpots.  It wouldn't be any more difficult than an armored human.

"God bless America!" - Loki.

In terms of MCU, if one cuts off the Vision's arm can it be pushed?

As a Sanderfan, I want an allomantic power for vibranium :(

I don't know if vibranium's currently on the list, but we're trying to create and alternate Allomancy/Feruchemy for mythical metals over here.

Wrong!

Vibranium is obviously the god metal of the shard Freedom, currently held by someone named Vibran.

Edit: Come to think of it, that doesn't mean it can't be invested as well.

Precisely. Daleks being AIs is a common misconception.

However, what if Daleks consider their casings to be parts of their body on a deep Spiritual and Cognitive level? They're born in them, bred for them, living in them from one point in their existence until the bitter end. If a Dalek's spiritweb is closely enough tied to its casing, does that make the casing Invested?

When you try to find out which allomantic metals are real and which ones aren't.

When someone calls you short and you say, "I am offend. Boots!", and you point to their feet. I did this. Left the person completely confused, since they weren't wearing boots. And they hadn't read the books.

(not lying, this really happened)
