For purely comedic purposes, I steal the sandwich, unnoticed by you, while you are proclaiming thusly, and run away cackling. 

I then bind the Shards that Kelsier is holding in an agreement to never again interfere with one who has the sandwich or one who is attempting to attain the sandwich.

Fortunately, I bribed the distance and so when it sees you fly off in it, it quickly snatches the sandwich from you and delivers it to me after I finish demolishing the taxi that hit me.

All the taxis in the world form a mob and hunt you down for your crimes against car-manity. While you are busy running from them I swipe the Sandwich.

I unbusy myself by hacking into the World Taxi Mainframe and shutting all the taxis down. I easily steal the Sandwich by changing its gravity so it falls right into my hand.

I replace Ink and Embers' liver with a spare and then take the Sandwich and arrest you for theft.
