    They were watching her for various reasons. Probably to see if she would revive Pattern, to see if someone else should take Pattern's place, etc. One of them might have actually been Pattern. Then she starts to revive him, and also starts traveling to the Shattered Plains, so they didn't need to follow her as closely. Yes, They're attracted to people who are holding large deceptions.

    Kelsier's definitely Chaotic, but I wouldn't put him on either Good, Neutral, or Evil. He's way more complex than that. He's good in some actions and contexts, bad in others, etc.

    Not to mention, the Vorin attributes given to the "Almighty" don't actually fit Honor, so Honor isn't actually the "Almighty" anyway. Although the idea of the Almighty started with him. Honor didn't create Roshar or mankind, the Tranquiline Halls, or Damnation, for instance, whereas the Vorin "Almighty" did. And that "Almighty" really doesn't exist.

    I think that Nalthians would notice if Returned only came about at certain times of the year, and have a festival or watch or something assigned during that time. But there doesn't seem to be that sort of pattern to people Returning.

    He did just come out from an extended bath in the WoA. Having absorbed enough of that to persist as a CS, he could simply be using a tiny bit of his own investiture to do it. Small enough that he didn't even notice it. CS are weird.

    Any sufficiently advanced piece of technology will be indistinguishable from magic. My corollary to that is: Any sufficiently advanced or powerful being will be indistinguishable from a god. But that does not mean they are God.

    But he doesn't use dust in most of the story. He uses bits of metal, bits of flower, some sand, and so forth. And the sand, and the dust, and the metal never does anything. It just....falls to the ground.

    I don't know that the WoB is confirmation that he was using Yolish Lightweaving there. Just that it's a story method he developed in Liar. Which doesn't need to be magical. Considering what he does during the Warbreaker story--throwing bits of things up and letting them fall down again--I don't think it's Lightweaving. The only magical thing that happened was the black sand turning white, indicating it was charged up (on purpose, likely). And maybe the puffs of flame, though that could easily be slight of hand.

    She has proof of Honor, the Shard, and Tanavast, the Vessel. She doesn't have proof of the Almighty, as described in the Vorin religion.

    Shardplate is considered a type of god-metal, so it's inherently invested. Although whether it's the remnant of a spren is still up for debate.

    So I guess that might be a bit of circular reasoning heh. The point being, though, is that, as you said, immortal and powerful do not equate God.

    But that's the point. Jasnah doesn't believe the Shards are worthy of worship. That's what would comprise a god in her mind. A being worth being worshipped.

    Jasnah is still an atheist. She doesn't believe in a capital G God, as in the alpha and omega, I Am That I Am. She acknowledged the existence of extremely powerful beings, but declines to believe that they are Divine.

    Shardblades did change slightly over time to adapt to the gemstone on the pommel, for example, at least, according to Navani's research.
