I think it's inevitable that it will develop one. The investiture is shaped by the perception of others so I suspect it will - Whether or not it would happen within mortal time frames is something I'd like to know.

I like to think Taln wasn't catatonic on Braize, he was just absolutely tearing it up like Dynasty Warriors. Ishar holding back the madness concerns me - How much worse *could* it be? Is it why he seems so much further gone that the others? None of the others seem to have such grand delusions.

I like this theory. Taravangian shows he does not care for the Vessels and their proclivity for self preservation and hoarding of power above all else. I believe Odium will be self-splintered but wasn't aware of the possibility of an Intent to be split down into more components. Could each Shard be improved by taking on a fraction of Passion? Give the Vessels some more ability to act as they wish and not just as they're bound?

Worth noting that, for some reason, Virtuosity self splintered. I think the driving force behind most of those involved in the Shattering of Adonalsium are probably selfish reasons. I think it's going to be no gods. There can be no hoarding of power if the power itself cannot be held. Odium will self splinter like Virtuosity. If the only thing you need to do to access the investiture is work hard and it'll happen then that may seems like a better alternative? Edit: I would say he would impart some large change before doing that. Possibly continuing with the original plan of splinter all other shards first.

It's a theory I've had for a while. Based mostly off Nale saying 5th Ideal becomes the law, a little bit off the Honor spren saying that killing Kaladin pre-5th ideal would release Syl. I think Nale was being literal. A permanent bond with the high Spren - Becoming one with the spirit of law.

If Spren are influenced by what people think of them could there be anything to this? BAM is almost entirely forgotten by the majority of Roshar.
