Proof: As a Dawnshard, Hoid would never allow bad noodles, but since he no longer is a Dawnshard, his laws around trash noodles are a bit different.

Theory: Ialai Sadeas is actually Devotion, who never got shattered and escaped to Roshar.

Proof: Rock's hair is red.

Theory: Kaladin has dragons in his ancestry. (This is actually a legitimate theory that I had, but I don't want to explain it all here.)

Proof, hoid is the author of all books in the universe, and Earth's authors just steal them through an interdimensional wormhole.

Proof: Why else would his last name be Venture? He's obviously Zane's son.

Theory: Odium doesn't actually exist, and he's just a prank that all of the "Splintered" Shards are playing on the whole Shards.

It actually says in the post where he's introduced (on page 2 of TLT) that he's Elend's cousin.

Theory: Odium caused the chasm line

Proof: Odium is afraid of Bondsmiths, meaning magic can threaten him. Given what the ire did to Ruin, Elantrians have the potential to threaten Shards. Additionally, creating chasms is one of the first large-scale things we figured out Rosharan investiture can do. Given all this evidence, the conclusion is easy.

Theory: Wayne is Lift’s long-lost father.
