Oops, post got drowned.

One of these days I'll get around to reading Sorting Hat Chats. -_-

Also, Scrivener and Scapple: a good investment?

You know what's disconcerting? To be happily reading a book published in the 1930s, enjoying it, taking in all of its cool concepts, and then coming to a chapter that cheerfully describes eugenics as the path to a better future.

That escalated quickly.

"Ferrets" by SecretAgentBob on YouTube might resonate with you right now.

It's a science fiction novel... I'll let you know if it introduces a planet of psychotic talking weasels.

That escalated quickly.

In his defense, he's talking about people voluntarily deciding not to breed in order to eliminate negative attributes from the population, for the good of society. I get the feeling from his writing that he'd find the idea of concentration camps to be utterly revolting. Nonetheless, the idealistic fantasies of pre-Holocaust eugenicists always inspire a bit of a cringe from the modern reader.

They also escalated quickly unfortunately. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

But enough of this, here's a picture of a chinchilla wearing a hat:

Star-Wars-1-Fan-T-Shirt1-640x395.jpg

there is a shirt that says ^. No joke. That is very dangerous to wear that to a star wars movie.

I didn't weigh enough in high school to donate, so they still don't know about my O-negative blood. (It's kind of weird, but everyone in my immediate family has the same blood type.)

yay

It's not all that weird; if both of your parents are O neg, then there's no way for them to have anything but O neg kids.  Recessive genes for the win.

(Man, I really hope my story manages to live up to all this hype I've built up.)

Oops, post got drowned.

Not knowing anything about Scrivener or Scapple, I'm afraid I cannot answer.

And now, I give you all Kaymyth's Guide To Clearing Your Car In Winter Weather:

Snow:

* Clear off the entire car.

* That means the roof, too.

* No really I mean it.

* Nobody likes driving behind a wind-induced blizzard.  It's dangerous.  Don't be That Jerk .

Ice:

* First, start the car and turn your blower up to high on the defrost setting.  If you have a rear window defroster, turn that on, too.

* Start by scraping the side windows.  Front seat both sides are imperative.  I do the rear seats, too, because I prefer maximum visibility when driving on hazardous roads among the hordes of stupid.

* By the time you've done the side windows, the rear one should be just about clear on its own.  Sweep off any remaining bits of ice.

* The front window will also now be partially melted, making it much easier to clear than if you'd started with it.

* Thus the car is cleared with maximum efficiency and minimum time spent freezing your extremities off!

If my sister doesn't stop stealing and wearing my underwear, I am going to make her sins viral.

Leave a piece of your underwear somewhere as a bait, but sprinkle it with some irritating substance. Depending on the colour, tabasco sauce might work, or if it's white, maybe some bleach. She'll think twice before stealing from you after spending some time away from home with burning sensations in her sensitive areas.

ALL HAIL VOIDUS, SLAYER OF BABAJI!

I cant help but wonder, but did you use its soul to charge hemalurgic cookies?

Of course he didn't. Babaji has no soul to steal.  :P

Beat me to it by thaaaat much...

(That much being two pages) :P

We need a "People to avoid near underwear" list now I think.

Shouldn't it be 'underwear to avoid near people' list?

Because if you avoid the people they'll just steal your underwear.

Stay away from underwear when near me?   Best way to avoid underwear problems is to not wear any :P

What are you, a Gryffindor? <_<

As someone who doesn't go on DeviantArt very much, I'm trying to find this 'secondary house' gizmo, and am failing miserably. Can someone post a link.

On a separate note, I'm still trying to finish that Secret Santa project, but it's defying every attempt. If I don't have it completed by the end of January, I'll use Seonid's trick and start making it serialized. I am really sorry about that.

I tried to kill time once but I couldn't find any useful bind points.

Ah, you needed the one just under the left ventricle, an easy oversight.
