Honestly the main reason for my weird wonky playstyle this game was IRL stuff where ups and downs happened and I just didn't want be on the shard. Now I'm just treating the game like it's roleless, but we're hopefully going to get some extra info in an hour, so might as well wait for that before doing a "deep" dive.

Araris Valerian he/him Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 Okay, so either some hidden mechanic blocked the kill, the elims forgot to send in a kill, or the elims deliberately didn't kill. I'd probably lean toward the first option there. It seems like everyone was around during the night turn, and missing the NK puts the elims back a cycle in reaching ExLo. If someone is aware that they blocked the kill I'd encourage them to PM the folks they trust most so we can use that to our advantage.

Frustration Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 This had to have been a protector, as mind mages can't protect someone, and fighters need three charges in order to use their abilities, which makes today the first time they could do anything. I'll role claim, I'm a fighter mage, picking up my third charge today.

I think Fighter could easily have roleclaimed to receive Investiture from someone else, which would have pretty easily gotten them to 3 by today.
