The Battle for the Sandwich

A hand (mind) erupts from the dirt below you, pinching the skin on your inner thigh about three inches above the knee, and the rest of me follows, running away with the Sandwich as you lie on the ground.

I cringe in pain.

The shade halts as footsteps approach. It cannot see anyone. But someone is running. It's eyes begin to glow red. (I'm assuming it's night)

I jump out of the trees, belting out a war cry and swinging a silver knife. 

[strmblsd he/him]

I am still dead buried 6 feet under

I revive Strmblsd for like the 15th time and cover him in bubble wrap.

I stop attacking the shade and stare in confusion

"You're confused now?" I ask. "I swear this isn't the weirdest thing that has happened here."

[Doomslug the Arcane she/her]

"How is this only the 15th time?" 

[strmblsd he/him]

I now alive again start popping the bubble wrap because it's fun

[Pineap-spider Pineapple/Spider]

I start playing with the bubble wrap around Strmblsd as well. One particular stubborn bubble causes me to accidentally push him down a cliff.

"Awww, you ruined the bubble wrap!" 

I stab Pineap Spider with my knife

The shade, having only now escaped a temporal abnormality, finally dies.

In the distance, a Feruchemist reports what is happening to the mysterious Third Party. They reply with instructions. The task is simple: recover the sandwich. At all costs.

The Feruchemist darts after the current bearer of the item, moving with unnatural speed.

I steal the knife from Doomslug and eat it then use my iron pulling abilities to make the sandwich fly into my hands.

[strmblsd he/him]

I try to put as much bubble wrap between me and the ground as possible before the collision..

[Doomslug the Arcane she/her]

I use my steel pushing abilities to push the knife out of Unintelligenius's stomach, ripping a hole. I also take back the sandwich and remove whatever metal was in it that allowed Unintelligenius to pull it

Btw, watch out, there's a puddle of mud, and there are snakes, but there are also bunniesssss! I jump on the foam blocks, and fall asleep in happiness
