      Sometimes life can change how you hear a song, make it mean something different when it didn't mean anything to you before. See: me listening to "Heaven Help Us" by MCR, a song I used to skip, on repeat.

    You know what's awesome? I'm almost finished watching Re:Zero, and it just occurred to me that all five contenders for the throne are women. 

    That's how you do it, folks. No posturing, no wink wink nudge nudge, just five women being awesome and nobody batting an eye.

      Music is very personal, like your own personal language of emotion and expression. It would be difficult to connect with someone who only listened to, say, Ukranian techno-polka.

    There's some surprising gems in the cheaper stuff, not gonna lie! If you wanna keep it cheap, Moonman's pretty good too. Gonna recommend LAMY or TWSBI as a proper next step up, though! The Safari/Al-Star are classics for a reason, and TWSBI just makes a solid pen.

    Reading some fanfic. One of the comments after a particularly heartbreaking chapter was:

      In contrast, I find readers shooting me half-joking angry insults in reaction to things I write to be the highest of honors, and an indication that I evoked the correct set of feels. :D
