  1. Don't be! I'm excited too! ETA: Yooooo that was an awesome first day! Such awesome talks! Sad to see the Primary General Presidency go, though. ETA again: I totally didn't cry through both opening songs this morning. Nope. Don't know what you're talking about.
  2. Don't you just love it when you Google a character and one of the suggestions is "death scene"?

    Because I sure do.

I once googled Pixie and Brutus to try and get a specific strip to send to a friend. Google gave me the result "pixie and Brutus Brutus dies."

Spoiler alert: Brutus did not die. He's still alive and kicking. People on Google just like to give dog lovers heart attacks, I guess.

Even if the answer is "no", it's still a mite panic-inducing, isn't it?

      Just a little, yes.

  3. Turns out YouTube only lets you have 5,000 videos saved to Watch Later. Don't ask me how I know this.

What were the 3 main topics of videos that you had saved?

I'm not entirely sure there was any rhyme or reason, to be honest. Lots of short skits. Even more songs. Just anything that piqued my interest but that I didn't want to watch right then, really.

This is good info to have, thanks.

  4. Sorry to hear that. Good luck with the new ink! As for grail pens, probably either one of the nicer Nakayas, or a first edition Conid Minimalistica, which has a little pi symbol engraved on the clip (because it was released on Pi Day, which also happens to be my birthday).
  5. Just watched Your Name again with the family (first time for my parents). They loved it, and once again I was reminded that I do too. :D

  6. *gasp* I don't know if I can! @Cyclops Interesting to hear you had that problem with the V301. It's never had issues for me.
  7. I know it's a steel-nibbed one, but does a Pelikan really need that? One day I'll be brave enough to try an architect...I think my grip on a pen is just too inconsistent to really work with one.
  8. Heh, nice. Any particular grind, or just a fine-tuning kind of thing?
  9. Sometimes, thinking is nice. I love thinking! But sometimes, you need to put on some headphones with nice bass, crank some rock 'n' roll, and just not.

  10. Whoo-hoo! Nice!
  11. Oh boy. That's beautiful. If only it wasn't a 205, because they're tiny. But dang, that's a nice pen!
  12. Oh, you've got good taste!
  13. Nice haul! Happy writing!
  14. Indeed it is. (I also made the mistake of going onto Pensachi's website. That place is dangerous.)
  15. Ooh, that is a lovely color! I decided against getting this one, because as beautiful as it is it's a Pro Gear Slim which I think is just too small for me. :/
  16. Not since Percy and Annabeth have I shipped a couple as much as I do Kaguya and Miyuki. Send help

Y'all. Okay, they were pretty cute. :P (But Percy and Annabeth are still OTP.)

  17. Ooh, good choice! Pilot's M, on the Metro at least, is fairly fine in my experience.
  18. Oh man, don't. They already re-released the 31 in the color I originally wanted (Autumn Oak), I don't need more temptation. And besides, I'm already eyeing that new Sailor Sakura at Night limited edition to the point that I'm willing to make my first international pen purchase.
  19. Why, thank you! And you're half right--it's an emerald and ice, and there's a clip, it's just busy keeping the pen from rolling off the page. So far no problems with the eyedroppering this time 'round, but I've taken to storing it in a cup nib-up instead of on its side in a case like I was before.
  20. Good choices! Like I said, I'm a fan of Aurora Borealis, and I've had my eye on Wild Strawberry and Oxblood. Let us know how they work out! (Metro's a great pen, too. What color/nib size is yours?)
  21. @Kasimir As requested!
  22. If you ever need evidence as to why narrators that have a distinct voice are greatly underrated, look no further than the English dub of Kaguya-sama: Love is War. I'm crying and honestly drinking this Coke is quickly becoming a choking hazard.

I was actually watching a compilation video... But I've seen the first couple episodes, and it's high on my list of anime to watch next.

a compilation video before watching the whole show?? You heathen :0

Well, that's how I found out about it! Same goes for Toradora, which I enjoyed immensely anyways (and is possibly my top favorite so far).

  23. There's a couple of stray cats that hang around our place. Yesterday they brought us a present.

It was a dismembered teddy bear leg.

    ???????

  24. Lots of those programmable road sign thingies 'round Utah/Salt Lake counties today have been made to say

CAESAR BUCKLES FOR HIS RIDES OF MARCH

Except he, well, didn't. That was kinda the problem. Don't be like Caesar, kids. :P
