Casually missed my fourth Shardiversary...
I feel like an old mummy coming around here every once in a while just for TLT honestly, but I still stand by the belief that the 17th Shard is one of my favorite online communities ever!
My pals, people like:
Spoilerand others I'm forgetting, even if I haven't spoken with you in a while, I want you to know that I appreciate you!
And another random thing, I've really enjoyed seeing all the new kids come along! I know that sounds kind of cheesy, but a bunch of the new members that have joined fairly recently are cool, and I don't know, I just find it fun to feel so old seeing new people around

Life has been ridiculously busy.
Also, to be honest? I got a little bored of the Shard and checking my notifications began to feel like a chore, so I stopped for a while. Still love y'all though and maybe I'll start being more active from now on, who knows?

So, does anyone remember that time I went to a regional science fair and won there and then went to a state science fair and won again and then went to a national conference?
Yeah, today's the second iteration of that regional science fair. Except this time I'm present my senior research.

PLEASE READ!! As many of you know I went dragonsteel last year dressed as Kaladin. What many of you might not know is that my mom went as well. She had loved my photos of all the costume from dragonsteel 2022 she finally caved, and after a decade of begging her two she read way of kings. This lead her to coming to dragonsteel 2023 day one as Navani and day two as Vail. She loved it so much and was so happy that people liked her costumes.
For her birthday I want to do something if you guys are willing to help. Below is the photos of her costumes. If you feel like it, please leave a comment about what you like about her costumes. Bonus point if you remember seeing her at the con. I will send them all to her for her birthday along with the other stuff I have in mind. Please tag anyone you think might be interested. I am really trying to show her how amazing her costumes were and how supportive this community is.
