Telrao and Platypus and Shark, take one of the other sides. Thaidakar, you and your Soulless take another direction. I’ve got Emma, she’s in the that fortress up north. I’ve assigned battalions to you.” Calano looked at everyone. ”Surely you feel fear. Anxiety. Perhaps anger, perhaps sorrow. But, if Kaos wins, you will feel nothing at all. No emotions, no Agency, no nothing. You will be a husk. We cannot allow this. Fight, fight as if your life depends on it, because I swear to you it does. The fate of the multiverse is in our hands this day. Kaos cannot be allowed to win.” Calano took a deep breath, turning to the fortress. His body began to glow, and his clothes and hair began to flap in an unseen wind. A wind of Light, of power. ”Go now. For everything and everyone.” And Calano shot up into the sky, towards the fortress, towards his wife, towards battle. the raw text, with some minor stage direction for myself, that i just wrote.

Lestibournes is street slang: “Lefting I’m born” which translates to “I’ve been abandoned.” It’s the name he gives Clubs when he’s taken to Luthadel by Clubs (see chapter 23 of HoA), because he didn’t think his old name would work.

not yet gracing this earth with her presence, but i already know, that when she does, the world will rejoice.
i know i will.
such wonder will i behold behind her sparkling eyes. such joy will i see in her smile. such beauty will i see in her face.
such magnifence, such splendor and majesty, and i get to call her daughter.
how excited i am for that day. for when i can hold her in my arms, assure her that i love her as only a father can.
i can only hope her soul is as excited to come to earth and meet me, as much as i am excited to meet her.

been on the road about 6 hours, during that time i slept for an hour, played tears of the kingdom for a couple hours, watched a movie, started another one, and i’m about to finish that one i started.

I am on the road today and tomorrow. I’ll be switching between airplane mode and data, and occasionally checking the shard.
The shard uses a lot of data though, because it’s a website, so I’ll try to avoid it.
