Heya guys! It's been a while, I know... I just opened up the Shard on a whim, and I'm so grateful for everyone who didn't forget me while I was gone!  (and thank you for the birthday wishes  )

If anyone's got any favourite RPs that they're in, I'd love to join one or two, just to see if I can ease back into things. But most of all... hi!

Today I had the thought (one I've had before) that I missed the community on the Shard and finally decided to act on it. So I'm back! I don't think I'll do much for now, I'm trying to ease back into it so I don't overwhelm myself. But just opening this gives me good feelings, so I hope to do so much with all the amazing people here!

@Vapor and @Mist! I love you guys! I've been missing you, Mist, and will continue. It's always so fun when I see you on and can say hello! Vapor, you're definitely a lot closer to me than Mist physically (hah we share a room) so obviously I don't miss you, but I'm so glad we can be here to support each other at the same time as we fight. Happy Shardiversary, V! I was definitely on first.

Essentially what these are is Descendants or Ever After High, but muy own spin on it. Children of fairy tale characters!

I also did Honey Harper and myself (as well as Lights) in the same style but obviously I can't share the one of myself. Duh.

In honour of the read-through of Crystellation that I've been doing today (longer than you might think) I have two comparison Chorale arts! Look how much I've improved yay such good 

One from... a little less than a year ago (it's in my sketchbook a couple arts after the art for Secret Sharder last year) 

And one from fairly recently. I think it was probably this term. (Think past month and a half) 

 Obviously it's black and white (it was meant to be a minor doodle) and it's one of my favourite drawings. That pose is on point!!!

Today (yesterday) I have this lovely llamia

And this girl in a ballgown, who I did a while back when I was more active in Masquerade!

I had a hard time choosing the colour of her dress - I did some examples and liked the pink and blue combined, but there was also this super pretty red and black. I ended up choosing this one because it fit Alienor better. 

On the second day of finals, Connie gave to you,

First of all, Minuet from Let's go find a dragon! This one was tough, but I wanted to experiment with poses and different hair types, and what better way to do that than with people who are inside my head already? 

 Next is a black and white that I did for Inktober. It's not the best, but the best is yet to come. 

And it's being funky. Is that sideways for you guys, too? (Shout-out to my fellow Edgar Allen Poe fans!)

And I drew Minuet and have sketches of Andante and Crescendo. No Diminuendo yet.

fyi I am actually above average height and if you sig fig correctly while you calculate to centimeters then I'm technically the same height as both stick and fadran

Also I learned all the things about myself from a fren who has those things too. It was very good and I am the way I am for a reason.

And that reason is ADD/ADHD.

So I look at Inktober for people, including myself

and I just think it's cool what our minds go to straight off the bat.

Take Syn, for instance. Their most recent Inktober, Patch, was a person with an eyepatch. They also said they originally wanted to draw someone with patches on their skin, but realized it might be gross.  XD

I saw the prompt and immediately thought of patching a wound (and the colour green, for some reason). No idea why my mind went there, I'm not interested in a medical profession at all (cannot even blood) but it did.

Brains are cool, okay?
