As a representative of House Wafre, I rescind all titles that we have.

I propose the Rule of Lull 

the Lord Ruler can call a Lull when they are processing a large amount of proposals. During a Lull, all proposed rule-changes are automatically rejected. The Lord Ruler does not have to acknowledge any proposed rule-change that is proposed. Tha Lord Ruler starts a Lull by saying “I call for a Lull,” or any similar phrase, and ends it by saying “the Lull has ended,” or a similar phrase.

I would also like to add a clause to the Assassination Act that says “a targeted house may not withdraw, gain any members, merge with another house, nor give away atium in any way (this includes bets).”

As for the actual House-by-house scores, I'm willing to just accept your numbers based on your prior performance.
