Yeah I got that, but you will not belive how many people have pointed at chemicals and genuinley asked me "Can I eat that?". The answer is always, "You can eat anything once."

I mean true.

It is kinda funny though how individually sodium and chlorine are both poison but together they form a compound the human body needs to survive

Also the yummy was referring to the article not the chemicals

Yep chemistry and biology are insane. That's why I do physics instead. More crazy, but makes more sense.

We made ammonia in chem last school year. My nose was plugged and I have a bit of immunity from cleaning litter box, so everyone was complaining about something I couldn’t smell lol

heck yeah that sounds fun. My nose is sensitive, but my brain says "It's not a problem if we can't smell it," so I become noseblind to almost anything within 5 minutes. 

Don't know if this is a blessing or a curse. On one hand, can make it through the lab without smelling the bad things. On the other hand, I go into the lab and never smell the bad things.
