I fell asleep in math today.

...no, no, not like that! I wasn't bored! We just literally had nothing to do (more specifically, had nothing to do) and so I put my head down and next thing I know I can't feel my hand and the girl next to me is shaking me awake and telling me that the bell rang.

(In my defense, I'd had a charley horse last night and was short on sleep.)

Oh, those are the worst.  They like to hit me around 5 in the morning.

Sexy Olde Timey Angel is sexy….even if he's so drunk he can't hold onto his Irish accent for long.

David Boreanaz has many talents.  Accents are NOT one of them.

Speaking of accents, where is Kendra's supposed to be from?

IIRC, she got a lot of undeserved flak for that accent.  She spent oodles of time with a voice coach perfectly recreating an accent from some tiny region somewhere...that nobody recognized because its origin is a place so tiny and remote.

I didn't dislike it; I just couldn't recognize it and that part was bugging me. It sounded authentic to my admittedly untrained ear—particularly since it didn't sound like a stereotypical anything—but the lack of recognition was itching at my brain. It's pretty cool that she put so much work into it.

Soymilk will be substantially cheaper if I buy it at Whole Foods instead of Walmart.

I think the apocalypse may be nigh.

Really? How much is it at Whole Foods?

$1.79/quart, compared to $2.24/quart at Walmart. Still not cheap, but better than I thought it'd be.

For my soymilk?

I think there's a few too many digits in that number, but I don't care.

Yes. And me too.  <_<

3 in the morning, last night. My leg still feels weird :(

It usually hits when I drift to a light enough level of sleep that I shift and stretch - the stretch catches and everything goes to hell.

(Hint:  it's usually dehydration.  Sometimes potassium deficiency, but most of the time if you just drink more water it stops happening.)

Blech, soymilk.  Lactaid milk is actually real milk.

Coconut water hydrates while taking care of that pesky potassium deficiency. I like it, though my brother claims it tastes like feet.

I actually like soymilk.

Seek not to comprehend the motives of the chosen angel, She who Lacks Sparkles.

I'm not here to judge his life choices. :P

So, to make up some credit, I have to do these packet things. One of them is on Late Modern Art.

Um. That would be "art" with very, very sarcastic air quotes.

Because when a work can be described as a " room-sized crap-making machine", I'm not actually sure that's art.

Pass the brain bleach, please.

That clinches it - we're definitely not two different temporal versions of the same person.

I'm not sure whether to be comforted or vaguely disappointed. I'll go with comforted. It's nice to know that we can shake hands without tearing a hole in the space-time continuum. :P
