The only other components were bread (toast), peanut butter, and strawberry jam. I've had all of those things by themselves and never had any problems. Lactose intolerance sucks, but there are ways to deal with it and still have your tasty dairy products. Mine kicked in around age 30. Two things you can try to narrow it down: 1) Drink a glass of milk by itself and see what happens. 2) Get some Lactaid pills and take one with breakfast and see if you have no stomachache that day.
