I've lost pets too, and it sucks. *hugs* There's a nice poem by Steve and Diane Bodofsky called The Rainbow Bridge that I like to share in this type of situation: By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill, Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still. Where the friends of man and woman do run, When their time on earth is over and done. For here, between this world and the next, Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest. On this golden land, they wait and they play, Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness, For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness. Not by a lot, but still—I felt I deserved an explanation, since none was given to me. So I got on their live chat. I've been on for nearly twenty minutes. The agent is apparently still looking for the information. "Still looking" my chull. I have the sneaking suspicion they're trying to get me to disconnect so they won't have to explain the rate increase. I CAN DO THIS AS LONG AS YOU CAN YOU CAN'T GET RID OF ME THAT EASILY Edit: Forty minutes. I spent FORTY MINUTES to be told that the modem rental price went up one dollar.
