EDIT: wait... oops

You know you’re a Sanderfan when you spend so much time on the site that you start mixing up your threads? :P

Gotcha! And I’m just now realizing that you were talking about the emotion frustration, not your emotions being dampened, implying that you were Mage’s father:ph34r:

Yep. My father has not read any Sanderson, and therefore doesn't have a 17S account

My dad has only read Mistborn and Elantris because he doesn't start a series until every single book is released.

Well then he's failed because Elantris 2 is coming and we're going to get book 7 of Mistborn.

when one of your students apologizes for not having made the exercices, and your first thought is

"no apologies. Boots!"

unfortunately, none of my students read sanderson (in italy he's not very famous among the main public), so he would not understand.

Content warning: "No Mating" (I think it's okay considering what's in the books, but giving people the chance to avoid it anyway if they want)

Spoiler

Our dogs, like most dogs, love to wrestle and fight each other in play. Sometimes they get very excited, as dogs do. I heard my mom sternly telling them "no, no special friends" and jokingly told her she should say "no mating" instead, which I then said to them in a Pattern voice. If I hadn't read the books to her, that joke would probably not have landed :P

Will an audiobook work?

When someone mentions g-forces and you immediately think that they need some advanced Grav-Caps.

When you name your 4h lambs Blushweaver, Lightsong, Colors, Bluefingers, Vasher, Siri, Nightblood, and Vivenna. (There's also Calamity and Pink Pinkness, but they are from last year when my theme was Steelheart.)

Nope, it's just pleasure reading in general.

Unless he deems the story either important, or not time consuming. So he has read Emperor's Soul, but nothing else.

When you see someone that you know likes Sanderson and you absolutely must tell them about your NEW SUPER COOL EXCITING Skybreaker necklace even though you're SUPPOSED to be professional and just hand them food.
