Our dogs, like most dogs, love to wrestle and fight each other in play. Sometimes they get very excited, as dogs do. I heard my mom sternly telling them "no, no special friends" and jokingly told her she should say "no mating" instead, which I then said to them in a Pattern voice. If I hadn't read the books to her, that joke would probably not have landed
