he would never leave in the first place. He doesn't need to leave, he can do everything from there. If things can go in, they can go out

I bring in Enderverse so I can warp the Sandwich Outside. The Outside is kind of like the Nowhere from Cytoverse, so it's not in the Star Stream. I then bring the Sandwich to Scadrial.

that is not how that works. He is omnipotent in the star stream, and out of it, he is still omnipotent and omniscient in the star stream. He still knows every that is going on there, and can effectively do anything he could alread do while in their, but he is now out of it. The Star Stream, a literal MULTIVERSE cannot be desrtoyed.

I ask to join your coalition. I wish to stop the sandwich wars, and have the possession of the sandwich under one group. That means getting everyone/thing to join, or killing the ones that don't. I also wish for immunity for these annoying pests known as Dark Forest thingys

You are now part of the coalition. The Dark Forest just is, so if you make yourself too known one alien race or another will be out to get you. But I will refrain from broadcasting your location to the whole universe.
