Doof’s inator fails spectacularly and accidentally teleports the sandwich into my hands before self destructing.

Milo Murphy happens to walk nearby, and a rabid dog happens to run into you knocking the sandwich out of your hand and onto a speeding car. The car suddenly stops flinging the sandwich into my stunned hands.

I point out the glaring grammatical error in your last sentence!  There's no comma after "stops", implying that the car stopped flinging the sandwich into your hands. The sandwich is still in the car.

Plot twist, I was the driver all along, and I speed away.

You get pulled over by the police for speeding and I steal the sandwich while they are writing you a ticket.

Unfortunately for you, the police officer notices you stealing the sandwich and puts you in jail for Grand Theft Sandwich. The sandwich ends up in police custody

I look in the mirror and see what I saw. I then take the saw and throw it at Weaver of lights to distract him. I then take the sandwich, and run.
