  1. ...What if I cut off my arm? I guess I 'll run over after my shift.
  2. Hi! Fear not, this place is awesome. The closest I've come to being offended was when I got into an argument over theories on Feruchemy. "No cookies for you!" *poof!*
  3. I've got a question...I have have to be working tomorrow when they start handing out wrist bands (I know, stoopid early-morning shift), is it possible for my brother to get wristbands for both of us?
  4. Wow, I really like it...just awesome
  5. I can't resist... I did also come up with these two: “The land breaks! The light dies! The shadow reigns!” “A light of black, burning in the night. It illuminates our end.”
  6. If you must know, the reason I've been slightly more active lately, is because I Snapped into a Pewterarm. I never even told Peng because that was the round we realized the Inquisitor might have uber-tin. Afterwards it didn't seem worth revealing, especially after our Mistborn got jumped. While I don't really mind if you try to kill me (much), it'll just give the Spiked another turn to kill two people. Unfortunately, the only remaining way to prove my alibi is someone to try an kill me. "Come at me you dirty skaa!" Seran screamed, brandishing a glass knife.
  7. The flaw in your logic is that I've been sporadically active the entire game, before the spiked had a coinshot. Arg...I really wish I had the time to pay more attention to this game. Since I might not be able to check in later, I'll vote...Wilson. (Though Aonar is setting off my mafia-radar for some reason)
  8. A few moments ago in the writing class, Sanderson just revealed that in order for Shallan to produce an illusion of something (presumably with the illumination surge) she must first draw a picture of it. When the video of the lecture is put up, we can get the exact quote, but I just though I'd let y'all know. Edit: realized the topic name was spoilery.
  9. Feather...you know, you converted me to the whole Renarin-Shallan thing, you've shown me Renarin's awesomeness, I've even got up-votes out of making fun of you for it. But this...is too bizarre... Edit: but it made me smile anyways .
  10. In case you can not tell, I am giving an evil grin right now. After examining the glyph illustration, based on nothing but gut instinct I thought "Hmm. I bet this guy's a worldhopper."
  11. Hmm...we talking magically transported there, or actually born there? If the former, I'm leaning towards Sel, just because it seems most of its magic systems seem learn-able. If the latter...I find myself leaning towards Roshar. I'd probably end up as an Ardent or Storm Warden, or something...Although I have Hazel eyes. They look brown from a distance, but up close they're actually 2/3 blue-green. What on Roshar would that make me? A semi-lighteyes?
  12. GIVE IT TO ME NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW!!!! Ahem. You may now resume your regularly scheduled forum thread.
  13. You basically said what I meant. If my theory about its function is correct, and you have access to another type of magic, then it gets insanely powerful.
  14. Oooh, my initial reaction is that I want to play, but I'm already so bad keeping up with the current one. It doesn't help that my current character is actually really boring to role-play. Just put me on the list of potential boots if it gets too crowded. Erendi is a tall and rather distracted young man. He apparently has trouble remembering where he is from, because nearly every time you ask him, his story changes slightly. He is also oddly well educated for a simple herdsman. Even a drugged mistwraith could see that he is hiding something.
  15. Double Nicrosil isn't that useful by itself, but if my theory is correct and you access to any other kind of magic, it would be rather over-powered.
  16. I sit about thirty feet away from him every Thursday. *flees the room before people's envy turns violent*
  17. I am rather in favor of not fully following this line of thought, seeing as I was on that list, and I can unequivocally vouch that I am not spiked. Strip search me if you really want to be certain. (Speaking of which, why don't we do this anyway before killing someone? Oh, right. Stoopid game rules.)
  18. "Prince Renarin, would you kindly slay this rock for me?" First thought, Shallan flirting with Renarin over an almost dead Thunderclast. I dunno.... Edit; Stoopid ninjas
  19. I am mostly alive. I'll vote Aspren. And if he turns out to be innocent, I will be personally assassinating you Kurk.
  20. Fair point.
  21. OOOOoooOOOOoooOOOoOOOHhhhhh!!!! Wait, why isn't it the Alloy of law supplement? That's supposedly been "almost out" for like two years.
  22. "Good to see you people have stopped trying force deadlocks. Cessie the Inquisitor must die (again)!"
  23. Up-vote for the user name. Kudos to anyone else who recognizes it.
