    So, it's official! Doki Doki Literature Club! has earned the (dubious?) honor of being one of only two properties ever to possess me to the point that I've written fanfiction about them. (The other is Stormlight, which I crossed over with MLP:FiM for the 17S Secret Santa a few years back. So maybe it's three, then.)

    Maybe I'll let you read it, if you ask nicely and I manage to finish it. And if you've played the game. And if you've recovered sufficiently.

      Their original plan for the movie was much more grand and dramatic. At some point they tossed all that out the window and we instead got, indeed, one of the best movies of all time. :D

    Re-reading Howl's Moving Castle after watching the Ghibli version last night! I cannot describe to you how much I love this book. It easily ranks among my top five of all time.

    I didn’t exactly have many holiday plans either way, but I can assure you that “being emotionally compromised by a cutesy video game” was not among them. -_- The music really is great, though.

    Oh dang that's a pretty color! Shame they don't make it anymore. For Montblanc, I still think most of their stuff is waaaay too over-the-top for my liking, but I'd love to get a 149 someday. And Nakaya, well, hah! Is "all of them" an acceptable answer? But for reals, the ones I like best are the Decapods, the Dorsal Fins, and the 17mm series. (No color preference.) There's a couple special editions I really love, too.

    It's never felt page-catchy to me. Almost unbearable (I actually really hate pencils), but still smooth enough to enjoy. Perceptive, aren't we? (Actually I didn't even notice, so that is one heck of a Freudian slip! For reals, though, when I first started getting into pens I swore up and down that I'd never go for a Montblanc or Nakaya, and yet here I am, pining over both of them...)

    Heard a cover of Can't Help Falling in Love on the radio as I was finishing up at work today. As soon as I recognized it, I felt like I'd been punched in the gut. :wacko:
