  1. The ant instead gains radioactive powers from the meteor. It falls from the sandwich, and takes a bite of the nearest human, creating antman.
  2. Luckily, the rather large ant was immune to boots, and so it quickly reformed on the sandwich, picked it up, and ran away.
  3. Well. I have so many things I should be doing right now.

But I think I’ll take a nap instead.

It was a lovely nap. Too short, but still lovely.

  4. …how on earth did that get you the sandwich for like a month? Using a hat-snatcher-inator, a rather large ant summons Wayne’s hat and the sandwich inside it.
  5. You know it. TPBM just remembered something very much definitely important and so will not be sleeping.
  6. Only if wisdom teeth count. TPBM should be sleeping but isn’t. hehehehe totally ninja’d. I have no sleep schedule

Ok so my thing with him. He’s not a villain. He’s not a hero. He’s not even an antihero, in my eyes. He’s a humans. I can’t hate him because if put in his situation, I would do the same thing. I would be cold and unforgiving, and if given the option to get revenge without feeling anything…yeah. I would take it. He’s not trying to do evil, he’s just looking out for himself and trying not to hurt.

And yet…Teft. Because Teft was very much a hero.

What redeems him, in my eyes, is the moment of regret.

When Moash realizes what he's done, that he's killed Teft.

That moment of pure regret, of pure pain.

You forget that Moash was hurt as much as us, if not more, when Teft died.

I don't like Moash, but I do at the same time. He deserves hate, but not the level he's been getting.

And that’s what makes him human! He felt that pain, but he didn’t want to deal with it. He didn’t have the strength to overcome it.

  10. Ooh, that’s so exciting!! Baptisms are so sweet and nice!! Is your cousin 8 or a convert?
  11. Ok I just posted an su BUT I GOT NEW BIKING JERSEYS!! And they look so cool, so you get to see them. :D

Ah yes, that feeling of scrapping everything you’ve written at like 60,000 words is painful and should be avoided at all costs, which is why we plan these things!

      The cheeseman

My biggest problem is that I have a hard time keeping the world for my novel and the world for the DnD campaign I'm running as separate things in my head.

  12. “Just imagine how terrible it might have been if we’d been at all competent.” -Good Omens.
  13. I love how they meet, every romance should start that way.
  14. See I’d literally choose any of them over brown, because they’re so much cooler, but the fact is I would be brown. Completely and truly. I’d just hide in the back of the library through the whole last battle and ever even notice it happening.
  15. Champions - Kurt Hugo Schneider, Andie Case. It’s kind of a weird song, but for the very beginning of TFE, where we first meet Vin and she’s being beaten up by what’s-his-nose it fits so perfectly.
  16. Ok I have something kinda fun and random today!! This is something I’m writing as a script for a podcast my friends bullied me into doing with them. I took the names out because they’re real humans and I didn’t have the energy to change them, but yeah basically it’s 4 guys, they each have different lines but the beginning and end are all of them together, and there are some fun whisper echoes in the middle. So…yeah! Enjoy, or don’t, or just ignore it I don’t care, but it’s here if you want it!
  17. I think that we’ve reached the peak of philosophy here
  18. Well now we need your definition of meaningless, because you could be absolutely right or completely wrong, depending on the definition.
  19. I can believe them all. What I want to know is which one you need for the context. Is it one of these? Multiple? None?
  20. Of course. It can mean tangible; you are a physical being, not a ghost or spirit. It can mean that you are in control of yourself, your actions, your thoughts. Real can simply mean that you exist, that you are what you believe you are; a human who lives on earth. It could mean that you are unique, not simply an imitation or a repeat of something that has already existed. There are more definitions, but off the top of my head and in this context, there are a few.
  21. Alternate (and less foolproof) idea, it depends on your definition of real.
  22. Caterpillar.

    Cat. Er. Pillar.

    Why?

Pillar is simple: they are pillar-shaped. They are long, colorful, squishy pillars.

Er is also simple: they started to call it a cat, and changed their minds. “It’s a cat-er…a pillar”

Cat is less simple. Perhaps they saw a fuzzy variety of caterpillar? But perhaps not. Perhaps they only needed an animal, something to show that the pillars live.

But if that were the case, any animal could stand in: a rhinoceroserpillar. A dogerpillar. A horserpillar. And that just isn’t right. So why a cat?

    Caterpillar.

    Cater. Pillar.

    …no. Absolutely not.

    Cat. Er. Pillar.

The most likely reason, I think, is a little known synonym for cat. In any scenario where you say cat, you could also say “small demon”.

in which case, we have a small demon pillar. That makes sense! They are small demons that take the form of a pillar. But “smalldemonerpillar” is a terrible name.

And so we have the caterpillar.

    Cat. Er. Pillar.

    Caterpillar.

Ok, so this is probably more then you wanted but I like etymology. From what I have found it originally comes from late Latin “catta pilosa”. Catta meaning cat and pilosa meaning hairy. It was then changed a lot over it being evolved into old French “chatepelose” and then into a Middle English form of “catyrpel” and finally into what we know and love “caterpillar”. So it literally is that they saw this thing that was hairy and thought to them selves “mmmm  what should we name this. It’s hairy, it’s an animal, cats are animals. GUYS I HAVE AN IDEA!”

  23. A plant that grows near any source of consistent, but extreme, heat. Doesn’t matter what else it needs to survive, but it can be found near volcanoes, in deserts, or in fires that have been around a long time.

That series was so fun, good choice. High school musical counts. Barely.
