    This is one of my favorite papers. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1311997/ It's very relevant across a wide number of fields; I cited it in my light pollution study and my hot jupiter study, and I think it's also cited by a published biochemistry paper.

      It's been on my shortlist since it came out. I can tell it's right up my alley, I just find it so hard to watch anything these days.

    Tinker nodded. He scooted forwards while he took out a vial of Verdant. He carefully took individual spores and placed them in a few strategic locations in the rubble, then licked his finger and tapped each of them in quick succession. The vines exploded outwards, pushing the stones out of the cave entrance. A blast of cold air entered the small cavity, making Tinker shiver. "Let's go," he said. "The longer we're out in the open, the colder we get. And we're easy targets against the snow."

    "Okay. If you think so, I trust you. And maybe I should come along, as well..."

    That's...wow. I don't want Kaladin to die but if he does this should happen.

    "We can clear the rocks with Verdant," Tinker said. "But once they're clear, we're exposed to the elements, and can't re-seal the cave..." he paused. "Well, I could re-seal it, with Roseite. But that makes us all the more noticeable."

    (Despite it being normal, the fact that he kept changing his name sometimes bothered his kids. So they called their uncle Butt Venture to talk to Eof about all the name changes.)

    Yeah, I'm now basically fully convinced either Pattern or Testament is going to die... Also, if either Kaladin or Syl had to die, I think it would be Kaladin, because then we could have Syl bond a new character in the back half, and we get to see her grieving process a little more, but also how she pushes forward. And maybe whoever she bonds will help her with that. We've all heard the old grizzled Kaladin mentor theory, but what about the old grizzled Sylphrena mentor? That's what I think would be cool.

      hehe yeah, it's Frieren lol, I just started the anime a few days ago and I'm around half (?) way through it.

      It's been amazing so far though! I would absolutely recommend. It's pretty much got all of the elements I love in anime and will probably be my obsession for the next while lol.

      It doesn't, unfortunately, it has it on it's premium subscription. (It may have been free when it first came out, because they do that sometimes). I was able to watch it because my sister got me a gift card for premium a while back.

    "I-" Tinker stuttered, then fell silent. He looked awkward. "I guess...I just don't get why...me. You've known me for barely a day."
