    Could you explain the connections you found? I am really tired and don’t have the ill power to think about it much. Yes, I there are very likely connections. Many things have been found to have some kind of correlation between his books and the LDS church

    There was a Veden king long ago who had an eye stabbed out by a relative, and there was an old Shin weaver who was blind. In one of his letters, Hoid says that Frost turned a blind eye to the deaths of Aona and Skye.

    Pretty random idea, but what if Marsh world hops and appears in book 5? He and Moash could be the two blind men. It is more logical for it to be Moash and Hoid, but we need to keep all options open.

    On the Shard birthday list it says it is my birthday, but it is not. I was just curious to see if the list would update if I changed my birthday, and it did! But then when I changed my birthday back to my actual birthday, it the list didn’t change back. Oops. Sorry.

      Cats are great. I have two. One is 3 years old and very sweet, and the other is a ten month old chasmfiend kitten who likes to bite stuffed animals. (And carry them like they’re her babies, she does have a sweet side.)

    Fortnite-specific developers need a cut, Epic Game owners need a cut, the US government needs a cut, Brandon's family needs to eat... and then Brandon gets paid. I don't like Fortnite and have never liked Fortnite, but at least it is getting more publicity for Mistborn. The only problem could be if, as Frustration said in a reply to someone's status, a young kid sees Kelsier's character then see's Mistborn later and thinks "Cool, they wrote a book about this awesome Fortnite character". I'd say that this isn't end-positive or end-negative, just end-neutral.

Taravangian (as Odium) : How did you do that without turning around? Hoid: ... To be perfectly honest, the first couple of people I did that to were not you.

    We don't fully understand how that works. It is possible that they are the only ones that experience the change, and if someone touched them they would feel like normal, but it is hard to say. There are still so many unsolved mysteries with compounding.

    Well, I would be tempted but I would recognize the temptation and be able to resist it. I would overpower the works of the devil. God has given us everything we need to be perfect in life, though it would probably be better if I sinned them repented. Jesus was able to resist the temptations of the devil but still progress spiritually.
