I ate a Feta Cheese & Spinach calzone for lunch today. It was the thing that dreams are made out of. The world should know.

Minor spoiler without details: If you are heart-set on not reading it, I would recommend reading the Epilogue as I suspect it will be important going forward.

I'm more than just a hammer! In other news... the subject of this topic actually made me think of something interesting, I would very much like to see someone look at Kaladin while burning Malatium.

I believe the Yellow/Green Rings are the rings from the Magician's Nephew that more or less allowed worldhopping.

The Envisagers seems completely trust-worthy, rational, and certainly sane... I mean...

Compliment the person above you!

Your posts often make me laugh, so I go out of my way to actually read them rather than skim through threads like I usually do... Not to mention, the level of your "Spreniness" is just flabbergasting. -
I'll be at the Brookline signing.

Would you go so far as to call the secrets "Radiant"? -
FirstSelector, I believe you are referring to this WoB:

While typing that post I had actually wondered if you would see it. -
Who is your LEAST favorite character in the Cosmere?
The Sovereign replied to Patar's topic in Cosmere Discussion
I wouldn't go so far as to say that I hated Dilaf, I've just never been a fan of the fanatical devotion trope, it makes me a bit uncomfortable honestly. I am too logic-minded to relate to it. In characters like Spook (toward Kelsier), Yomen (toward TLR), etc. it was more subtle so it didn't bother me so much, Dilaf was almost egregious in his fanatical hatred of Elantris and it bothered me. As you can probably guess from this, Hrathen on the other hand, is one of my favorites -
Storms these are hard Glyphs to read.

First off, Welcome! I probably liked SA the best of the series but as Quiver subtly mentioned I'd have to go with Warbreaker as my favorite Cosmere piece. -

My favorite color is Orange. Very astute of you. Yeah Marsh is my favorite although I am also very fond of Sazed. Lord ruler no! That would have made for an interesting social experiment though, how long would I have to be stuck at work before I actually put a Steel Spike through my eye... -

Slowswift disappoves of your shenanigans. -
Not to nit-pick here (well, that's not true, nit-picking is exactly what I'm doing...) But how is a Steel Misting a "non-combat" Misting? I would argue that it is the most combat centric Misting ability outside of Pewter (an obviously the other [spoilerish] one). You could make a reasonable arguement that Lurchers (Iron Mistings) are a noncombat Misting but Coinshots...? Their name says it all. They turn coins into weapons...

I suspect this is very similar to Vasher using Stormlight to sustain his Divine breath; Yes, anyone who has access to their local investiture (Breaths, the Dor, etc.) could use it to power a worldhopping fabrial, however, you would need to know how to do it and it probably isn't a 1 to 1 conversion. There are probably special circumstances for each form of the investiture that need to be met to substitute for the Stormlight.

I think Shardbearer is thinking that Isasik Shulin and Nazh are the same person. As far as I know, in the Cosmere Isasik is just an Alethi Cartographer. I think the confusion is coming because Isaac Stewart, Brandon's artist who Isasik is based off of drew both Scadrial's and Roshar's maps. The character in Cosmere however only drew Roshar's map.

Does he have the command "You are Groot"? "Would you like to Be Groot today?" -
Slowswift is Tolkien, not Hoid. In Mistnorn Hoid is just Hoid.Galladon is "Grump" and Demoux is "Thinker" from the WoK Purelake interlude. Unpublished work Worldhopper.

Who is your LEAST favorite character in the Cosmere?
The Sovereign replied to Patar's topic in Cosmere Discussion
Agreed but by nature philosophy is still trying to find the answers, I don't know if it is just the way I read Ham but it always seemed to me he had never even tried to find questions. I always envisioned him as asking philosophical questions to hear himself talk and it annoyed me. -

He always annoyed me, I think it was his penchant for philosophizing while never really seeking answers/truth.
