    No, Warbreaker takes place after Mistborn, it is not very far before WoKs.

    As a child I had a pretty strong Central Canadian accent (Ontario) but I moved to the States when I was 5. Now I have a strange mix of an accent that is like 3 parts Canadian, 2 parts Boston accent. Basically a Canadian accent where the R's have been dropped. Edit: Also, not so much an accent thing, but I was once told by one of my Linguistics teachers that I had bastardized English in an impressive way after uttering a sentence that used both "wicked" and "eh" in it. Something along the lines of "That test was wicked easy, eh?"

    That's tough, I've lived in a few different places: Cape Cod, Toronto, Beijing, Osaka and I found that I get a bit stir crazy after a couple of years. I like having four seasons so not like a tropical place or anything like that. I'm also somewhat indifferent to City or country, I like both. So, I didn't really answer your questions, but there you go...

    This thread is filled with win. I have a friend who is now Cosmere aware but had started with SA. After he had finished WoR I told him to read Warbreaker (I even lent him my signed/#'d edition and whatnot) but I didn't mention the Cosmere. A few days later I was at his house and he looks at me and goes "You knew... you knew and didn't tell me." At first I had no idea what he was talking about and then he is like 'Nightblood!' I just slyly looked at him and said you should really go back to WoR and take a closer look at Zahel... Without missing a beat he goes "HOLY CRAP! He's VASHER!!!". His face when I start explaining the Cosmere:
