It's time for our second Rhythm of War Words of Brandon episode, this time with some Dawnshard stuff too! As always on these, there can be cosmere spoilers too. Also, we are weirdly efficient and this episode is shockingly short. What is this madness? Don't worry, you get some total nonsense on Cusicesh at the end.

Even if the journey matters more than the destination, all things come to an end, and so this is our final Rhythm of Previews/Reviews. It's been really fun and we hope you've enjoyed it all! We're talking about the last arc in the book which has Dalinar and Jasnah, along with some Taravangian.

Turns out there have actually been quite a lot of Words of Brandon since our last episode on WoBs, so we gotta get back into it now. This is the first of two episodes catching us up. We open this one with some non-Rhythm of War stuff (though it does have older cosmere spoilers, of course), then we dig into Rhythm of War WoBs!

This time on Rhythm of Reviews, we are looking at Venli and her flashbacks! Though we get on a huge amount of tangents, like Axindweth and Stoneshaping. But there's totally some Venli too! We also talk about Rlain.

Here Evgeni really makes up for not being on the last two episodes by blabbing a bunch, but it is all excellent. This is the good stuff. Even in this episode it feels like we still don't go super in-depth. There's so much to talk about in Rhythm of War! 

This episode of Shardcast has a special guest: Daniel Greene! He runs an excellent YouTube channel with fantasy news, reviews, and sometimes some fun skits. We're chatting with him about fantasy in general, the cosmere, and Rhythm of War! There are some cosmere spoilers in this one, and we blab about Rhythm of War from 30:16 to about 1:25:09. You can just skip them using the chapters below if you prefer. And go check out his channel if you want content shorter than two hours!

Sanderson took to Reddit earlier today to give us his latest update on Skyward 3!

This is his second update on the book, following the first in mid-September. The book is still tentatively titled "Nowhere", though Brandon has mentioned several times that the publisher isn't keen on this title, so we will have to wait and see if it sticks. The publisher, Delacorte, has agreed to publish the book around Christmas of next year, so long as Brandon is able to meet a fairly aggressive timeline. We've also got some new details about the nature of the book and its place in the Skyward series, as well as a few comments on Brandon's future plans.

Rhythm of War is OUT! And over on the Coppermind we are moving full steam ahead to get the wiki updated. It's a massive undertaking to update the wiki for a new Stormlight Archive book. By our latest count, we expect that nearly 400 existing articles will need to be updated while at least 150 brand new articles need to be created from scratch. That's over 15% of the wiki that will need to be updated in some way due to a single book!

As always, we're happy for any help we can get, so don't be shy. Editing the wiki is open to anybody and easier to do than you may think. No experience required! We've got several guides available, and an active Discord server where you can get help 24/7. If you want to help with these objectives, please join Discord and say hello so that we can coordinate!
