Also Chaos and other staff, I really hope that your responsibilities to the shard don't overshadow your enjoyment of being a fan. I just hope that you can still enjoy being a fan even though you have to deal with stupid people, spam bots, and literally everything else. Cause what you do is awesome, and you deserve to enjoy these books! 

Seriously, thank you. You somehow find the time to do everything for us on top of your normal life, and that's amazing. We love you Chaos!

Really though, thank you so much Chaos for running the Shard the way you do! You work so hard to manage this site and make sure everything is the best it can be. That isn't easy, and I can agree with all my fellow sharders when I say that we are so grateful for everything you do! You are the best Chaos!

I'm making a website for one of my classes... I've gained new appreciation for all of the mods/former mods. Wow! It's crazy hard.

Half the time it's Chaos doing the PMing when issues arise, the mod who's online the most, and then there's the Shardcast. It's obvious this site still stands because someone thought it was worth putting (how many years now?) of love & dedication into it. Even when it's nice people, managing a large group of people is not easy. Most other fandoms do not have such a great platform to connect and talk, so thank you for doing all this.

I'm pretty bad at delegating, and I'm kind of a control freak. I'm getting better at letting others do stuff, though.

The Roshar map/timeline thing was a project that I had basically nothing to do with, and that is great! Too many things on this site are bottlenecked because of me, honestly.

I am honestly the same way, ever single group project or assignment, I divide the work unequally, giving myself a larger portion. Then, I go ahead and do all the work anyway. Then I check it again. Then I let people go and do their part (but afterwards I always check to make sure they didn’t mess it up)!
