Every three months I go on the internet. Search up top games and buy the first one that is on ps4. In January I did this and got Lego marvel superheroes which is shockingly fun. I was fairly surprised that deadpool was a character.

based on what little I've played of the various Lego games, I am not surprised that it would be fun.  they have a great track record on that.  am a bit surprised about deadpool, but I suppose they could write a pg or pg 13 version if they needed too

The important question is whether Moon Knight is in it...and the Man-Thing! And do you fight the High Evolutionary?

Moon knight is in it. As for the others: nope.

Deadpool voices all of the side quests though he is toned down for younger kids. You can unlock him as a character. Edited by ThatTinyStrawMan

Dark Souls has been fantastic so far!

Lego marvel super heroes is FAR harder than Dark Souls!

Throughout the last semester I was dropping by my friend who had PS4 and we would play Magika 2 (we completed it in one night sitting in the summer), mostly challenges. Recently we decided to complete it on Insane difficulty. We just did on Thursday.

Now it's like... what're we gonna play? We still intend to do a super-artifcats run (because some maxed out artifacts are SO.MUCH.FUN.), but after that we've got few challenges and all the trials to complete and then it will be over. Sigh.

Just started a low-tech Mad Max build on Fallout 4 and oddly, it's the easiest play through I've had yet even though I'm wearing all leather and using only a sawed off and a 10mm. Of course I only JUST cleared the Corvega plant.

Playing Grim Dawn. And Fire Emblem 7, but only slowly, as my save got corrupted and I am not feeling very happy about it. Still FE7 is probably my favorite game ever.

On boots of speed: last time I gave them to Ninian, I think? I was doing a relatively high mobility party, and relying a lot on a few more powerful units (*cough*Lord Raven*cough*). Other than her, I suppose they could be useful either for a General or a hard-hitting, but frail, character.

Boots don't do you much good on a glass cannon if you ask me, because movement is synonymous with "Go out there and tank" since enemies in FE7 mostly rely on you entering their hit range before they move. That said Ninian's not a bad decision. In that playthrough, did the extra movement carry over to Nils or no? I've always wondered how that game handled stat boosters on Ninian/Nils, but never tried it, let alone potentially wasting the Boots.

So I haven't had a lot of time for gaming lately, but when I do, I play Civ V. I've been trying out some new mods, right now I'm in the middle of a game playing as Ohio. Earlier I played on the Discworld as the High Entia from Xenoblade.
I really need to finish Valkyria Chronicles, but time.....and then Civ is a much lower stress game which feels really nice right now.

I've been getting back into elite dangerous recently.  Not sure if I'll stay with it, but its kinda fun to fly around a star system in that game.

It did carry over :). Well, inversely, since I used them on Nils actually. And boots can be useful on a Glass Cannon to just run throught an enemy's range "stealthly".

But then, if you aren't using them on a slower unit you may just pick someone randomly.

Finally, over the course of about 2 months, beat Ocarina of Time (would have taken a lot less time, but I mostly only have time to play on weekends, and then only if I don't have anything else going on).  moving on to Donkey Kong 64, with Yoshi's Wooly World and Mario Galaxy on standby

I was playing Elite for a while, but that always on internet thing started giving me problems.  I would go to drop out of ftl onto a random encounter, or to dock at a station, and the game would lock up on me.  It would sit there for 10-15 minutes trying to load the area from the servers.  And I would have to kill the process and fire it back up again, just to play it.

So I stopped, and started getting back into mass effect 3.  I'm really enjoying the DLC of that game, the Armax arena is very fun so far.

I've been really getting back into Planetside 2 lately. DBG has been slowly reworking the game and the new upcoming update for it looks amazing and there is nothing on it's scale anywhere else as far as I've seen (except maybe Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade).

Solitaire. Way too much solitaire...

heh, a few year back, i played so much Windows solitaire I broke it...numerous times.  some games would have duplicate cards and others would be missing cards.  happened at least 4 or 5 times

I just got Dark Souls a few days ago and I've been playing it a lot lately.

It's hard, guys.

About to start Dark Souls 2, which will be my first Souls game.

I'm going to buy my friend Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition so we can play through it together with multiplayer. Hopefully we can get around the bugs, I'm thinking I might wait for a few weeks just so that they can patch the game first.

I've been playing it for over a month and love it so much. It's much easier then Bloodborne is. I can't wait to get to DS3.

Currently playing Fallen London. It's a free browser game so give it a shot. Loving the feel, lore and humor. Will probably give it a topic in the Entertainment forum.

Got Monster Hunter 4... I am mildly confused by everything... it is more entertaining than what I thought though. I just really got it on a whim.

Anyone feels like giving a newbie a rundown on everything that could confuse a newbie? I mean I get the entire Select Quests, do the quest stuff, but there is so much... other stuff.
