Tin Capone walked to where the other worldhoppers were meeting. He knew from his “informants” that they were discussing something to do with the Eliminators or something such. This story made no sense, it was utterly contrived. Tin Capone was glad that his own creator hadn't stooped to such nonsense. 

He stopped outside the door to the building the worldhoppers stood within. He reached for the door, then smiled and dropped his hand.

He turned to face… you.

“You really think I'm going to let you see this? No spoilers.”

Well, Striker switching his vote is what allowed the vote manip to save Myst.

Hopper flipping Roleplayer is another nail in the coffin of meta-elim!Verdance.

I find it a little interesting that there wasn’t much of a response to the Tineye message last turn, in the sense that Striker never got pushed to say what he was going to do with all his investiture.

Also, I wonder if Hopper scanned Striker as meta-elim, which could explain his vote. If not, then he probably PM’d whoever he scanned at meta-villager, and that person should claim.

I’m not liking Hoid or Kit Kat for helping save Myst either, so I’m fine with exeing them or Striker today.

Bruh, I cannot believe someone who lied about their role, denied the truth about it, got someone exed on the assumption that they weren't the role they claimed AND tried to get info about the counter-claimer to try and exe them AND killed a pseudo-elim when the consensus was that the meta-elims bet on meta-village victory was not a unanimous train. 

I'm so annoyed.

What can I say?

The one downside here is that unless something happens in the next 96 hours I’m just going to get exed again and yall will have wasted two exes 

edit: however, Coder was killed because of Striker, not the coinshot kill

I mean, it could be that the meta-elim team has outed itself, in which case we should be excited rather than frustrated . Myst/Verdance/Striker/(Hoid or Kit Kat)

It was not directed at you don't worry, and we didn't waste an exe, we just wasted time. No exe is still better than mis-exeing someone which was I confident Xino's would be.

It’s all good. I did not expect to survive either. And I think an exe is better than no exe still stands, at least in this case. It’s not like Araris was the one being exed.

Also, @Verdance, mind letting me know(here or in dead doc) what Striker’s results came back as?

Why was anyone voting on Xino in the first place? Won’t he get filtered out fairly soon anyway for not posting? In particular, I think the filter hits Xino at the end of this turn. I suppose there are pinch hitters lined up so we won’t actually get a flip.

I only see one wasted exe. Even if by some twist of fate you flip village, your slot needs to be resolved or we’ll be stuck wondering about you all game.

Apparently my D1 logic for why I NKed Xino was still convincing a cycle or two later. Obviously to the people not on my shard world it won’t be as convincing as they don’t know who was on it C1, but you know it works

I wouldn’t believe any scan from Verdance, green or red, unless he flipped green afterward. I find 2 village roleplayers to be fairly unlikely unless the game was balanced around the meta-elims being almost guaranteed to win their bet. But that seems counter to the whole idea of the game.

Honestly, the only reason I give any credence to Verdance’s claim to begin with is that there is a specific interaction in the rules for meta-elim roleplayers.

Do you mind sharing what that information happens to be, if you’re not willing to share who?

Also, unless some sever vote manip happens I’m going out next meta cycle.

Therefore I think this just proves Ver’s elim.

edit: can I use this to prove that I’m not elim though? I’d like to think I’m smart enough to tell Ver what alignment to claim for Striker

Verdance. They shouldn’t have been able to get my role by being a Roleplayer, and that was either a very lucky guess or the MetaElims have a Retiree who scanned me and Verdance knew that info.

I’d recommend exing Mippo, all my other suspects are either dead here or confirmed meta village.

Mippo or TJ, but I think yall would be amenable to Mippo. Especially considering yall think I’m Elim and all.

In both Meta exes Mippo joined late, after the votes got past the required threshold for an exe to take place, and said something along the lines of “might as well join” each time.

Furthermore Mippo only really now took a side on the “Is Myst Elim” thing, despite everything. TJ is like actually kinda right about the whole “how did Myst not get voted out” thing because I definitely should’ve been.

I could be down for either, I think the question though is which side do we think the meta elims bet on. Bc if we think they bet elim (which is what you were saying last cycle, right?) we should probably get going on exeing elims, but if we think they bet village, then exeing villagers is going to be our best bet. So assuming elim bet, we should exe TJ, and assuming village bet, we should exe mippo.

Yeah I don’t particularly like Striker’s vote switch there. Or his actions in the pseudogame so far, with the whole investiture hoarding thing. I could be down for a Striker exe, but it would depend on both how Ver flips, and then again, which side we think the elims bet on bc we kinda have to get going on that.

True, he’s an option too

I just don’t want him to be m!Elim because he’s the only person other than me to almost successfully get a Psuedo Elim out.

And if he’s village that means I was probably right
