Nevermind that it has a pitiful bst, sunkern has the gumption and the chutzpah to pull it off. Ignore speed-form deoxys for the 100m, they are obviously on some performance-enhancing drugs. Blaziken leaping a 30-story building isn't a pole-vault so it doesn't count. Barraskewda is swimming not kayaking, so that 100 knots top speed is worthless to them.
