Taking in a breath and bracing herself, Elya did the best she could to sit up. Nauseating dizziness swam around her head, and her arms still shook, but she'd managed to muster enough strength to get this far. Placing the plate of food on her lap and stretching, she began to eat in a placid silence.

Ji shrugged and moved over to his own hammock, sitting down in it.

"We need a Lifegiver," he said to Elya, glancing at her. "Or, at the very least, some medical stuff."

"Can't go to general stores since the Pacis has seen our faces and no doubt is hunting for us," Ji muttered to himself, scratching the back of his head. "Stealing takes planning and––"

He stopped, then snapped his fingers. "Wait, I think there might be some stuff in one of my safehouses, but..." Ji brushed the thought away. "Point is that I'm pretty sure that there's some medical whatever."

[Channelknight Fadran]

"You'll have to take someone else with you," Elya replied. "I've still got a lot of blood left to regenerate."

“I can wait for you, if you’d like,” he said, shrugging.

"You'd have to wait for quite awhile, unless Verim's up to speeding things along."

[Fallapede]

"I'd love to, but you'd probably get more use out of me if I live a little longer than this."

"Then we won't do that," he said, scratching the back of his neck. "I could just do it alone."

[Channelknight Fadran]

"You could take Lyanor or Saaphir. Going with someone else would probably be wise." Elya glanced down at her hands. They seemed mostly more colored than they had been earlier. "But thanks anyways."

"I could come with."

Ji nodded, stretching, then grabbing the rope to lower himself back down to the ground.

“Alright,” he said, slipping his hands into his hoodie’s pocket. “Let’s go, then.”

Lyanör followed him down the rope.
