"You said there were a few that you knew," she continued. "What were the others?"

"A Deathgranter and a Recaller. I didn't gather specifics from them."

"As in, you never saw them use their abilities?"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"I observed their abilities, but never pried."

"What objects were their abilities tied to? Were they also reliant on their objects for their abilities?"

[Channelknight Fadran]

"A bone-steel dagger and a quarterstaff, respectively. I assume they were reliant, as I never saw their abilities without their items; but otherwise I can't confirm anything."

"Do you know where they might be, now?"

"No."

Ji tilted his head at Grace. "Why you want to know?" he asked cautiously.
