Hmm, next cycle is ExLo, right? Assuming the next 2 NKs go through. 3 elims seems probable to me, and I don’t see any way for the village to get through a bunch of tied votes.

I think Aeoryi is a possible elim on the Exp train that I also think would have been killing to kill Devo. I tentatively read Archer village. I feel like voting out the GM has been a loss condition in too many games to make that a safe play as an elim. And his post reads like the vote comes partly from frustration. E!Mat works though, the motivation being to waste the exe on Szeth. My vote on Mark was based on my gut last turn. I haven’t seen any posts from him that have changed that, so I’d consider him as an option today. Feel like he was too comfortable in the thread. And I agree with STINK about reads, though I feel like those sorts of comments are easier to make as an elim than actual game solving.

Unless Szeth is Affected, there doesn't seem to be any reason to try and exe him. My first reaction is that elims wouldn't consider seriously voting the GM right away. But it could be done as a joke or a reaction to a villager doing it. If the GM isn't elim then exeing him is just a free turn for the elims to send in another NK. So far I haven't seen any indication that the game can't be won by exing all the elims in the normal way.

This is sort of irrelevant because players only die when their entire faction is gone. Though I think there is some merit to those ideas for a more "standard" faction game.

Some time back I pitched the idea of a faction mega-arson game with minimal GM feedback. I finished a draft of the rules today, and am looking for feedback. The game should run with 12 players minimum, and may or may not interact with prime numbers of players poorly. Was also wondering whether people think it would be more fun as an anonymous. I wish I’d made the leap from “this seems overpowered” to “this is probably a lie.” I have a bad habit of trusting villagers too much .

Maybe if I'd been in PMs with Raven and Aeoryi it could have happened. And I'll echo Mat about @Aeoryi, great first game! Hope you stick around for awhile.

Hey, I'm not that person anymore. I've resolved to only bus my teammates when I have their permission . But check out LGs 71 and 72 if you want the full story there. But yeah, I'm generally a pretty ruthless murder-bear.

I had a lot of fun this game, especially the last cycle. Was pretty sure I was doomed but felt it was worth a go. Thanks Experience and Devo for running things!

This is false. DeTess could be an elim with any role that just didn't send in a kill C1. I've been arguing for this since the elims never tried to remove her "charges" with Wiz's Soothing and never tried to attack her again.

Well, like I said, I'll switch from DeTess to Raven to save myself. But I feel somewhat strongly about the former being elim.

I'd vote Raven over my own death, but I (obviously) prefer DeTess.

Perhaps. It’s just never sat well with me when people are trying to manipulate the exe through PMs (except elims, they are supposed to do that). The exe is supposed to be the part of the game that everyone gets to participate in. It can leave a bad feeling in some folks’ mouths when they learn everything is being run behind the scenes without their knowledge/consent. And I think those feelings are justified for villagers.

Hmm. Well, maybe it is a hidden win con. Not sure why that discussion needed to happen in PMs rather than in the thread though. That sort of thing can lead to folks feeling excluded, and I’m not sure I see the merits of keeping it a secret.

My understanding is that the colors on the list don't matter anymore. Why is there a plot to get certain people to be certain colors?
