Also, I really, really hate it when I check multiple lyrics sites and they're all incorrect. Some Q-tips and due diligence go a long way, people! (Ironically, I made some mistakes of my own here--including omitting the line about mistakes.

I have only the smallest drop of Scottish ancestry in me, but I just opened the window and heard some bagpipes, and now I'm ready to don a kilt and hoist St. Andrew's Cross
Fun fact: I do actually know how to play Scotland the Brave on piano. Just so happens that particular arrangement is called Praise to the Man.

I am begging humanity (the English speakers, specifically) to learn the difference between "peak" and "pique", "phase" and "faze", and I'm sure innumerable others. Nuance and literacy are already hanging by a thread in this language; I'd really prefer not to see them die in my lifetime.

Vtubers, actually! Hololive is probably the most well-known agency currently operating, and two of their most prominent streamers just announced their departure ("graduated") within a couple weeks of each other. Two others graduated last year as well, but they resumed streaming as indies. It's been quite the rollercoaster.

Anyone gots some thoughts on naming characters? I have an unironic, unapologetic love for over-the-top names but I recognize the ease with which one may careen off the Cliff of Cringe.

While I do want to commission art of these characters once I have a better foundation for the story, this is pretty impressive. And a slightly more realistic* version: Anyways, as for the writing itself, I'm inching along. Wish me luck.
