It's not confirmed, though I would think that would be the case, as steel inquisitors had steel spikes for eyes, which I don't think is an accident, but perhaps because he's a Mistborn with steel sight, it may not be needed for him and the spike is specifically to attach his soul to his body, as the powers are soul-based. Edit: Yes! 200 posts and I haven't even been here a month!

Once again, I am back with more theories and questions. So, if a feruchemist got a set of Plate, could he store whatever trait that metal allowed, or would the shard plate interfere or feed off it? Because Plate feeds off investiture and Metalminds are considered another type of investiture that can be fed on (Check Nightblood age, it mentions he could feed of it, and I have a feeling the same might go for Plate.) But can it feed on its own investiture, or this not considered its own investiture? Strange thing to consider, hmm?

Yeah, believe me, I know this more than most. i will legit give my friend a description of a character and ask them to draw them and see how similar we saw them. Sometimes, we both saw the same person, other times, we had very different views on how the character looked like. Honestly, there isn't a way to avoid that. If anything, use it and let the reader be of a sounder mind by letting them create the scene.

Yeah, it would have an effect, and for transformation and transportation, I can see it being really useful. I think with more physical powers life lashings it gets a little less useful. At least for radients.
