had a lock in at school last night did not sleep 7 pm arrival left at 6:30 am got home and showered and crawled into bed around 7:45 slept till 12:30 now at work from 4 to 9:30 what a day also had two monsters last night to keep me going

i swear if i lose or almost lose one more person im going to fall apart
someone in my life i care about very much has a scary disease
its not fatal. it’s been most likely taken care of.
however that doesn’t stop my anxiety joining forces with my past trauma to put me on the verge of a complete mental breakdown.

i’ve caught myself a cold
left work three hours early last night because i felt like crap
got home and showered and laid in bed for a few hours then slept
woke up and watched youtube over facetime with my girlfriend who shared her screen with me. she’s on bed rest too, sprained knee from color guard lol. poor gal.
feelin a little better this morning, my family is making pancakes :>>
