  1. Well... Not sure if this is talking about TenSoon donating a spike to ReLuur to try to restore his memory or if it's a hint that the Firsts and Seconds had their spikes recycled some.
  2. I think the kandra have them. They seem to imply that when they said they would have made more of themselves if they had the spikes to do so.
  3. Mods will move it soon enough. Edit: ninja'd by the man himself on the subject itself.
  4. I don't think they could go full Parasyte, but kandra prosthetics and kandra-donated organs would probably work.
  5. It was probably some form of proto-binder thing. There's a missing gap between Adonalsium's singular and the Dawnshard's quad setup, makes since if there were to be some kind of duo-thing between them. Likely two things broken in half each time on some conceptual level the way Adonalsium was separated into his sixteen conceptual Shards. This is completely influenced by the idea of the Dawnshard quadrants lining up in any respectable way, but I feel no guilt on that.
  6. Well, here I was thinking you meant trading cards. That's me out, I know nothing about fantasy football.
  7. I don't think any of them can reliably do it. Steel Compounding takes any Radiant out without a worry and Gold Compounding erases the Shardblade advantage. The best bet would probably be giving a Stoneward, a Willshaper, a Lightweaver, or an Elsecaller some decent length of prep time to stoneshape or Soulcast some advantages into the terrain, but even that I'm not confident would do much beyond mildly inconveniencing the Fullborn. They're just too powerful.
  8. It's possible for Returned to have kids.
  9. Oh yeah, my thoughts exactly. If it's anywhere this side of Era 3 Mistborn (saying that doesn't work as well anymore since it isn't as far off as it used to be), I will be very surprised. I'm thinking it may be waiting on Arcanum Unbounded 2 somewhat as well, though, since it seems like it would fit in nicely there. This could work as a unit of Investiture for either Whimsy or Invention, depending on how their magics shuffle out.
  10. Supposedly we're getting an official conversion rate thing at some point, but I also haven't heard anything about that in four years at this point, so who knows?
  11. One adon, multiple adona. For Adonalsium. Plus it sounds dramatic.
  12. Brandon has said there's something extra for Radiant resonances beyond just a a combination of their two Surges, but it's not entirely separate. Hooray for a continued mystery.
  13. They probably could find a way to do it, but it would also probably take a lot of effort for not a lot of payoff. Compared to automated steelpushes and ettmetal-anchored speedbubbles, it would take a lot to get that kind of thing going into other systems. Something about magic tattoos, I think it was?
  14. Well if we're going along the themes of biological immortality, we could also take the idea of a reformation of Adonalsium and pair it with that one jellyfish that reverts to an immature state and then begins the life cycle all over again. Yeah it may not be a crustacean, but jellyfish are cool.
  15. Well here's the thing about that. Taldain was really far ahead for a very long time thanks to TLR's freeze on technology, just like you'd expect, except they kind of stagnated for a while over there. Autonomy shut the gates, no one in or out. Autonomy also is very hands-off, where Harmony is very much wanting to make sure his people go far in their collective lives. Brandon has confirmed that they were on track to be first into space, but that got disrupted by events, and then he RAFO'd whether they'd still be the first or if it would be Scadrians. So it's a lot closer than it used to be. Scadrial's magic is a lot closer to being able to do cool things like that though, so they'd have solid money for my part.
  16. Because it's funny, mostly. And what else are we going to do in the next 20 or 30 years before we know for sure?
  17. If you mean like this, then what you do is you find the size dropdown tab on the postbox's header. Then find, on the left side, the thing that looks like an A with an underline and a little arrow in the corner. Click that and you get a menu of colors and it makes your text the color from that that you suggest. If you mean like this, do basically the same as above, only it's the one directly next to the size dropdown on the same side as the above, where the A is on a black background, and do the same menu selection of colors as above.
  18. Clearly whatever else happens, generations of spending time around a perpendicularity gives a group extraordinary height. Unless the Horneaters are outliers.
  19. You can do that if you want. There'll be some gaps between what you know and what else has happened, but it's generally not critical knowledge.
  20. Oh, so it's finally that episode, huh?
  21. That was my first thought I saw that. My second thought was that maybe the voice was speaking via Connection and because First of the Sun's magic system appears to involve Connecting to the birds to use their powers it left them sensitive to things like that. My third thought was that the armor was amplifying their voice somehow and it got that audio-level-distortion that speakers can do sometimes. I don't know if they could use Voidlight, but I would be very surprised if they didn't reach maximum effectiveness with Warlight.
  22. Personally I'm expecting it to be a Venli situation, only Skybreaker instead of Willshaper.
  23. Unless there's some shenanigans with the debris shields and gravity, I think Detritus has too much mass to be Earth's moon. Would be kind of cool though.
  24. Now I want to see Nightblood's reaction to that.
