As far as I'm aware, they do not, as it has been extrapolated from one of the in-book epigraphs that the Oaths were created/devised by Ishar (Bondsmith Herald. i think you meant him) as the devastation Surgebinders were causing both during and inbetween Desolations kept giving humanity a handicap. We're still unclear exactly what abilities each Herald has as well as what Bondsmiths can actually do but I'd say they don't have anything to do with the Recreance per se but I think they played a crucial part in it's decision.

Apparently the other two were Endowment and Odium; Odium being the one we've the influence of present in the shattering of Devotion and Dominion (it is possible to argue otherwise but i find it satisfactory)

Eesh, sorry to hear that. I'm only ever good at drawing something in rare moments of weird brilliance; the rest of the time I draw like someone holding on to a pencil/pen in their fist for their dear life whilst blindfolded and fending off DA suspect gift baskets of baked goodies. I am currently torn and trying to decide between two Amazon Fire Tablets. I seriously have no idea what one i'm going to pick along with wincing internally at the thought of what I'm going to spend on MTG cards come BFZ release...

Given how little we know of Truthwatchers, I'm abstaining from deciding if his foresight was Surge-based or is part of the Truthwatcher passive(s) arsenal.

Nah, I don't believe he'll be 'evil'/Odium influenced too much. Despite his age, his mentality to me is still much that of a spoilt child/teen who is easily led and over-emotional but actually has well-meaning intentions. He's just striving to be like is dad but it appears Galivar hardly trained him to the point that he'd be competent /politically savvy enough to rule effectively (whereas Jasnah could be argued contrarily). He dreams of the Destination but does not consider or understand the prerequisite knowledge/information (Journey) required to get there.
