    Well, I think Shardblades can cut the spikes, as the levels of investiture between the two make Shardblades far more invested than spikes

    This is interesting and answers that question from the second letter. Safe to say that Frost is 99% unlikely to be a Shard. I wonder how Brandon plans to write out Frost's species' characteristics As the for the second point, it may be prudent to re-read Zahel's/Vasher's scenes with a closer eye peeled

    I just meant that the Elantrians are likely the most invested magic users we've seen, at least visibly, (one could argue the Returned) as not only has their whole body changed but they also have direct access to a large portion of investiture....but we can just go with your intepretation :B

    Germaphobe not-with-standing, people that don't wash their hands after they've been to the lav are grim. It really irks me, and grosses me out when people do that. I've never really been a big fan of pancakes (at least, Brit version anyway) ...I'll admit, I've never read/seen Pride and Prejudice, mainly due to lack of interest but I will at some point.

    Well, given how Devotion and Dominion are near 'opposites' of Odium and Autonomy, perhaps the two of them thought that those Shards posed the biggest threat to their respective power bases or as said above, Hoid's grudge predates the Shattering/Shard Ascension
