He started every single sentence with “Predictably,”.

He was the reason they were on the quest in the first place.

He had said, “Predictably, you are wearing yet another ugly outfit.” This angered Butt, who attempted to deck him. He saw this coming and ducked out of the way. Butt’s fist swung into a big red button that somehow neither of them had noticed, and a scroll bearing the prophecy of doom has fallen from the ceiling.

It was Predictably's old prophecy from his kindergarten days.

He aged backwards, so he was the only kid in his class with a beard.

He'd started life horribly wrinkly, but would eventually become immortal as his aging dropped to zero (but not his age).

He would forever have the body of a four year old.

He was fine with that. An eternal existence of getting his way, throwing tantrums, and getting his way!

But Butt wasn't fine with that. Butt wanted that power for himself.

So he sat in a corner and cried.

But this was Butt Venture. He had survived all the Narrator's shenanigans thus far and we weren't about to give up on him. After going into the Cognitive Realm he pulled a Kelsier and came back to life.

The mimes weren’t happy about it.

[Stormblessed Dolphin he/him]

The Mimes went on strike, demanding that they be paid more dirt (throwback to the beginning of this thread)

They were paid in mud instead.

This made the mimes even more furious.

So they started aggressively quoting the Princess Bride at their employers.

“Inconceivable!” they cried.

“My name is Mimey McMimeface, you killed my dirt, prepare to die!!!”

The employers, scared, responded with, "AS YOU WISH!"

Then fell down a hill.

ROUS then appeared.

"Never go in against a Sicilian, when death is on the line!" the employers cried
