Soulcasting Tampons was slowly turning into a mixture of cotton and blood. It was a rather grotesque sight.

Narrator Silva contemplated the roots of the movie's title.

Avengers = People getting revenge

Endgame = Last chance, at the end of something

The irony she noted was that the last one had been entitled "Avengers: Infinity War" and the title of this one contradicts that as infinity doesn't end.

Then she realized that this was a really long post for TLT and had no story in it, so she needed to add something relevant.

So he had to go to the doctor.
