Lunamor Posted February 14, 2019 Report Share Posted February 14, 2019 (edited) The plan was for him to throw the canned cheese into Elantris, then attract the raccoons to the balloons using the white spots, cause them to become hungry for cheese using the purple spots, then let them loose in Elantris. They would ravage the city searching for the cheese, which they would be able to smell. Then, the Elantrians would flee the crazy raccoons, allowing him to be able steal the Dor with no one standing in his way.
